The king room had a sitting area and comfortable bed. We were provided a ground floor room as we had our dog with us, making for easy entry and exit.
The shower diverter did not work fully so the shower water volume was low.

Breakfast.
Worst room in the hotel was given to me. Directly across from elevators. Right across from ice machines. Heard the tromping of people above me. Room was directly over the power sliding door entrance to the property so I got to hear the door every time anyone entered or exited the property.

Everything was good, except the pool was closed. My kids were very disappointed in that.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good, always kept clean and stocked.
They had no bedding for the pullout bed no extra sheets or pillows. The kids were laying on the plastic that covers the mattress so had to take sheets off my bed to cover it. Called the office multiple times to request extra bedding and no one would pick up the phone. Husband walked down to the office and the person running the front office was sitting in the back. Was told they only made up 20 sets for the pullout and they had none?? I would figure if the room had a pullout there would be bedding?

The bed was not comfortable. Mostly I'm disappointed in the high price it's almost not do able.

Breakfast was great, with lots of options. Front desk was very helpful when our key card didn't work.

The room was beautiful and smelled good
The pool was not heated, a fact not mention when booking. The jacuzzi was green/brown. On the morning of daylight savings we can down at 9am and they were starting to clean up. Staff literally took the orange out of my child's hand. I was flabbergasted.

The bed was comfy.
The floors were dirty. The comforter on the bed had spots of food on it. The couch had Hair from someone dog. Was not very Clean at All!!!! There were No fans in the room or bathroom so after a shower and jacuzzi the room got Hot and Muggy!!

It was nice & easy to get to the Hockey Place. Easy to get where every you wanted to go.

terrible lighting in the bathroom. I had to bring the lamp from the other room in. crowded pool and hot tub at all times so we didn’t use it

I have stayed here before and I love that the rooms have a separated area with a couch, it is just very comfortable. the beds are really comfortable.
the only thing I didn’t like which is very minor but I wish the bathroom had better lighting and there is no fan in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good with a lot of options and breakfast area was kept very clean. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is great right next to gas station.
The bathroom has bad wet smell in bathtub even it was clean. You might hear airplane since its close to airport.

The size of the room was wonderful and well laid out.
The bed nearest the TV was so soft my husband slept in a hole in the middle and needed help to get out of it. I had to sleep on the couch. The bed was also very high for someone in a wheelchair like he is.

the shower didn’t have enough of a boarder to keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor.
