The cost was high for a low class motel and the heat did not work very good The bed was not comfortable it was cold not good water pressure

Location excellent. Clean

The hardwood recreation center showed wear. Just needs finishing. Do not replace it because the newer stuff is not the quality of this quality piece.

Its a convenient location

Staff are great, especially the front counter gentleman, I had an issue with the reservation and he stayed on top of it until it was resolved and he didn't have to.

Excellent, Location, staff, microwave, mini fridge, laundry, tons of parking, excellent price, felt safe. For this price it was a steal. Would absolutely stay here again.

Carpet needed a deep cleaning

Location, location, location. Easy walking distance to downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had all you needed. Plenty of hot water. WiFi was excellent.

There was nothing I did not like about this property.

The property was clean and bed was comfy. The person at the front desk was super helpful and informative. If not for him, we would not have been able to experience the Going-to-the-sun road at Glacier National Park. Thank you!

The room was quite dark — more lighting would be nice.

I stayed here working remotely for 5 nights. It looks dingy from the outside, and the rooms are very "dated", but the manager was so nice to me and even gave me a great price (better than online) for the week. It's definitely no frills but it's within walking distance to a few good restaurants downtown.

It was quiet and near downtown Helena.

The bathroom was particularly run down - mold around tub and broken toilet seat. While it was cheaper than other options, I’ve stayed at far better quality for less. Staff was very friendly and it was quiet - but I would not stay here again.
