Clean. Beautiful room. Great bed. Nice shower. Location. I loved the fact that it had both an inside hall, and exterior doors that were accessible to my car right outside. I love that convenience. Nice Friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, - but for the great price, I cant complain..

Breakfast wasn't ample. They had two kinds of cold cereal, no instant oatmeal, and the little pastries in cellophane looked a bit tired.

Bed was comfortable - I like firm, and this was not as firm as I liked, but suitable (not the awful foam mattresses) Glad to have laminate flooring instead of carpet - definitely cleaner. One-piece shower (seams in showers are just gross - lurking germs, - but this shower was clean and seamless) Noise from nearby airport was not even noticeable. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Breakfast options: bagels, cinn raisin toast, crumb cake, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, milk.

Price was rather steep for this lodging tier. And note that Booking.com does not list the full price up front. When you make your reservation, you get hit with the taxes and fees, so the price was an extra $25 more than we expected.

The staff was nice, very helpful with a TV issue. We were there for a reunion at Branched Oak State Park and the location was excellent to go back and forth for 3 days. The room was definitely comfortable and clean. We had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Great on the shower's water pressure and the AC was excellent. Also, plenty of plugs for charging multiple phones and watches.

It's my own fault but I've got bad knees and should have gotten a ground floor room. Then you have access from your parking spot, no stairs to deal with. I will warn anyone with knee or hip trouble, the toiletdoes sit quite low.
