Faux wood floors were dirty. Socks turned black from dirty floor

No one was resupplying the breakfast table. It was out of items within 30 minutes of opening and no one came to check or refill anything.

Breakfast. The facilities are definitely showing the strain of time and age. Not as clean as I think it could be or should be.

nice room , nice breakfast and the area to eat in, location is near almost anything you need to get to for us, the hours things are available such as the pool and breakfast are more accommodating than some places.

I wish there was a hot tub, there was long thick strands of hair in the pool, the remote for our tv had problems and the overnight desk person said it’s idiot proof but ended up having to move the whole tv stand and cords to fix it, overnight front desk person needs better hygiene, needs more parking, housekeeping entered our room at about 830-9am when checkout isn’t until 11 so it put us all in a panic that we had miscommunication somewhere.

The king size bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was not clean - the tub was wet when we got there late at night, so that was odd. The floors were dirty and there appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. There was a smell of wetness in the whole place. Curtains had disturbing stain on them - not sure what went on in that room that would cause a stain there and that they would leave it and rent the room again without fixing it - BAD!

This was a very comfortable room with a good bed and the hotel seemed to have nice facilities- fitness room, small pool, breakfast area. There was street construction which made it a bit harder to get to and the desk clerk was not very outgoing, but he was okay. Dozens of restaurants in the area.

The water controls in the bathtub/shower we’re not easy to use. I never did get the water HOT.

overall stay was great, breakfast was awesome, they were remodeling but it wasn't a bother.

The room and facitility was very good

I specifically checked for pet friendly motels. I booked online and found out when I ARRIVED that the facility charged 25$ per pet per night!!! This was charged to me without prior approval or permission.

The pull out bed had crumbs on it, no blanket for the pull out bed, the guy that checked us in is in didn’t say much, walls very thin you could hear noise from hallway and the room above us, no wash clothes to use for the shower. The breakfast biscuits were very hard for the boys scouts and gravy.

Fairly well kept! Bed was very comfortable. Surrounding area was a little unkept and traffic is a bit much but overall a nice place!

The lobby area was nicely decorated and had a very welcoming look to it. The wheelchair accessible room was set up exceptionally well—both in the sleeping area and the bathroom. Both the shower and shower chair were especially nice. The full length mirror was great and actually in a location that I could use it. I could easily get to and use both the microwave and the frig. The mattress was at an easily transferable height (not ridiculously high, as is too often the case). Bedside lights were a plus and had extra outlets for charging my phone and watch. The towels and washcloths were especially fluffy and soft.

Our room was right next to the pool and there was a very strong odor of chlorine in the room; also, the heater was not putting out any heat. We contacted the front desk and she came and looked at it, but there was nothing she could do. She said she could try calling the maintenance person, but he rarely answered his phone at night. It was a bit of a tight fit for my wheelchair between the partial wall and the bed—an electric wheelchair might have difficulty there.

Location was great. Easy access to places I needed to go.

The tub had a water drip. The caulking around the tub was black. Carpets in the hallway were worn. There were homeless people sleeping in the field next to the hotel

Dirty did not stay for two day I reserved only one and left rightaway the next morning

room was very quiet and very comfortable bed - had a great nights sleep.

Breakfast was good about average

No greeting at check in and run one card for both rooms without asking. Was a young man without much experience southern check in. Rest of staff very good
