It was pretty clean. Had a nice breakfast and all the amenities we needed. The room was a decent size. It had a great location near the highway but still a short trip to everything we wanted to see and do in Cookeville.
It is a little older building with some rundown parts of the walls and floor. The parking lot is very small. The staff was nice enough when spoken to but the kid at the desk on our arrival seemed far more interested in staring at his phone than anyone who entered or left.

We chose this hotel because it was on our route home and close to the interstate. It was convenient & easy to find on short notice. The main factor was the indoor pool and my grand children could visit and swim.
The room given needed much repair. We could feel all the springs in the bed, which not only made it uncomfortable, it was painful. The air conditioner did not work well at all. To top it off this was a handicap room. So, if a elderly person were staying in here they would have been miserable. We just pushed through it and kept busy.

The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast was decent.
The towels and sheets were OK.
The floors were dirty/sticky.
The suite door needed a strong pull/push to be closed.
The hinges of the bathroom door were very rusty.
It looked like room service was not properly done before we got the room.

Close to restaurants and shopping.
There was a spider in the bathroom, light/fan in the bathroom was not clean, the carpet and tile on the floor was always wet/damp, no pillow cases for the sofa bed, and the blanket for the sofa bed had a funny smell.

The breakfast was always good the staff was amazing everyone was so lovely
I didn’t know when I first got there to check in it took someone like 15 minutes to get to the desk but I understand they were busy they left a note with was very organized of them

Power strip for tv was bright and shined right in my eyes while I tried to sleep

Our door to our room didn't stay locked with the key card that we were given. We were able to access the room without using the card just by turning the door knob to the room. It was late we were on the road 16 hours before getting there and they couldn't do anything about it.They didn't have another room available to move us into. I was told I would get a comp for the room that was approved by the manager. The next day when I asked, they told me because I booked it at Booking.Com, there wasn't anything that they could do.

Easy to get to, location was excellent with alot of meal choices nearby. The property was clean, appeared very well maintained and modern. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends.

The bed was very comfy and I had a great room.
There was some kind of hidden trash in my room. The pool was not available, which I did not know to I got there because I wanted something with a pool so my granddaughter could go swimming. It was kind of hard to get out onto the main road with all the traffic.

everything was fantastic until breakfast. Gentlemen working handled food with bare hands, and it wasn’t set up by 0600.

Very accessible to everything we were doing.
The pool was broken. Kids were excited and a bigger reason I wanted this location. But it didn't devastate our trip by any means.
