Location was perfect and close to many restaurants without heavy traffic

Close to all activities & breakfast was decent

The mattresses were very uncomfortable, my husband & I both had back aches. Mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Rooms need to be updated, old .

The pool was nice.

The furniture was pretty warn. The carpet was in poor condition. The elevator was pretty far from the room and we asked for a handicapped room. The bed was extremely hard. Sorry, just telling the truth.

Location was the only positive thing I can say about this trip.

The staff was like talking to a zombie. The room had actual black mold on the room pricing sheet in our room. The towels smelled fishy so I asked to have them exchanged, not only did I have to bring the dirty sheets down to the office but I was also walked across the building outside to the Landry room by the staff. Then she (the staff) asked a lady who didn’t work there which baskets were clean and which baskets were dirty towels. It was mediocre and  severely unprofessional.

The location was great, staff and service was excellent.

No complaints.

We loved the pool!!!! It stays open late and it's great for the whole family. The staff were nice and friendly but hats off to the man who works the night shift. He helped and assisted me like no other and went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Room was clean except found a old crusty sippy cup under the bed in a spot you would have to get on your hands and knees to see. It happens.

Breakfast started at 7 am instead of 6 am like most other hotels I have stayed in

front desk was great and very nice

food was horrible and we had the quality time in our door and they still cleaned our room and moved everything we were not happy about coke back to everything being moved

Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was near a lot of attractions.

Hot tub was Luke warm and water was dinghy.

We liked the pool and breakfast.

The room was dirty. Our feet were black after walking around the room just for a little bit. The mattresses were awful. One was wavy and leaned on one side. It looked like a very heavy person laid there for years. We were worried about bedbugs.

Liked being able to see the pool from our room and having eating places to eat in walking distance.

Not enough dinning room for breakfast.

Friendly professional service

Hotel outdated. Tube had stains. Room smelled musty. No elevators where the room was. There was damage and warning tape on side of balcony when we got up stairs to 2nd floor. Wanted to use pool but no privacy fence, pool next to roadside.

I done through booking com. I show up at 3 in the morning and they said I was no call no show.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Asked for handicapped room but it had no walk in shower. Some holes in blanklet.

Room was very convienent to park in front of. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and did not smell bad. Loved the fireplace. TV did not stay on cancel. Reception was bad.

Only thing is the bathroom light and fan switch are together and make a lot of noise. Should be seperated. So you could have a choice.

Beds were horrible for the cost of the room.

Not much. The staff was just okay. Booking.com gave that's the wrong room. It was a handicapped room and it smelled like a elderly rest home
