breakfast was a grab and go. I was hoping for something more. they did offer oatmeal. selection was quick and simple. had to go out for breakfast. I also wish hotels had thicker blankets. I understand the the reason for downsizing from the huge comforters however these thin fleece covers aren’t cutting it lol. other than that stay was good

I’m still waiting on the “refundable” cleaning fee to come off my credit card. we were there one night and did nothing to the room.

Late check-out time was nice

The water in the bathroom in sink refused to get hot. I was also made aware that the hotel was full and they struggled to find me a room. Even though I made my reservation well in advance. The blankets were also way too light. Comforters should be available for the rooms. Also, there was someone else's sock in the couch, showing the couch bed wasn't cleaned. And the breakfast was very disappointing. I expected the usual continental breakfast with eggs and waffles, etc. What I got instead was prepackaged oatmeal and muffins and a granola bar. No orange juice, or milk options for kids, just coffee and hot water.

Bugs in tow of the three rooms we rented car stolen from parking lot while there men haging out in rear area of complex showed staff bugs in Morning eating area dead bugs in hall and halls not clean cleaning staff were older and did not appear to be cableable of working hard

The room was a good value.

Room supplies such as drinking cups, were scarce. The was no in-room coffee provision. The were not enough clothes hangers. Our room key failed to open the north door after the first day. Maintenance of the common areas was mediocre, chipped paint, general grunge.

The staff was willing to accommodate me with room spary to help eliminate the stench in the room and was able to locate bedding, even though it was not the right size, for the pullout couch bed (since this was the reason for this room to begin with)

I reserved a room 5 days ahead of time. When I arrived they had to see if they could put a room together for me. It was unkempt. The odor was overwhelming. The sink had food in it. The bathroom door could not be closed all of the way. I kearney this the hard way after to having rescue my kid from the bathroom. The breakfast they advertise was a granola bar and the worse coffee I have ever drank in my entire life.

Full equipped little apartment. Big fridge, aircon worked.

no 24h reception, mattress should be replaced, no ice machine, breakfast was coffee and a cupcake, that’s it. not to call that a breakfast!

The breakfast ended kind of early for a weekend, 9 am. There were no kitchenette items in the room, had to go to the front desk and ask for them

I think my bed was missing a blanket. It had usual sheet set and then another thin, sheet-like cover on top of it. It did the trick but I got a little chilly.. Water was warm and pleasant but not as hot as I wanted. Not much offered for breakfast.
