clean & friendly staff, very accommodating!

It didn’t have certain features as shown on photos & there were no trash cans in room, minor dislikes.

The location was a good location and the rooms were very clean

Kitchen area was clean and looked modern

Bed and linen was very cheap. The bed was made of metal and had no headboard and I have never seen something like in a hotel. The halls were very old and smelled terrible. My window view was of a full dumpster container. I slept with the light on because when I saw the quality of the room I went immediately to the reviews and saw lots of comments about roaches. Lady at the front desk is not very welcoming or friendly. Lobby felt like I was checking in at a detention center or something.

Exceptional customer service from Travis when checking in and throughout our stay! Housekeeping did a great job having the room clean! Definitely will be staying here when I come back!!

Cockroaches, they are everywhere. Cockroaches.

Was not nice

The neighbor is not good. The carpet in the hallway to the room needs cleaning because it gave the hallway a nasty smell. The room has a nasty smell even though there is no carpet. The brown blanket on the bed is not inviting. The front desk staff told me that the front door did not work for entering, therefore, I would need to use the back door to enter the building when the front office staff was not there. I do not drive and was traveling alone, therefore, this was not an option I wanted to use to enter the building. I was put in a room that was already occupied and my credit card was used to pay for this room. I checked out after 5 minutes of being in the room. Tried to get a refund and was given the usual 'it's not my problem'. I work remotely and the WIFI is a joke. The staff seems very indifferent to trying to help.

the filth from the moment i walked in the door, wreaked of cigarettes with no smoking signs posted everywhere. then in our room we had so many roaches along with a ripped smoke detector and cigarette burns in the blankets.
