Location!

The room was kinda dirty, the shower has stains around the tub,and the water pressure was low. Staff really didn't want to help you as they took they time and didn't acknowledge I was even standing there until another xustomer said anything to her, they she helped her 1st after Id been standing there for several mins... won't stay here again.

Floors Where Dirty The Beds Weren't Comfortable It Smelled & The Room Didn't Look Like It Did On Booking

it was clean and kinda secluded which was great because minimal outside noise while trying to sleep. room was very clean.

the desk clerk I dealt with checking in wasn’t very personable. fridge in my room didn’t work at all so had my cold sodas go hot. because of it.

half clean. i was able to tell the guests before me had crab boil due to the butter still being on/in the microwave.

Front desk rude didnt want to help me at all dont have any type of customer service! They cancelled my two reservations even when i paid upfront for both, had to book another hotel and they still have not giving me my refound an charged me the cancellation fee even when I showed up! I will never go back besides the hotel itself its nasty! Front desk ladies were terrible they dont even care i dont really know why they were hired. I didnt even stay ay the hotel since they wouldn’t let me in but just being at the lobby everything was dirty

Lacation

Property is in need of a serious overhaul. Needs to upgrade the building, rooms, furniture and appliances.

Kay and kam worked extremely hard to make my stay excellent. Manager Luiz was very rude. I had no additude,but every time I saw her she had a mad, like she didn't want to help . I was a couple of min late checking in and they still charged extra. It was with in 10 or less because my Lyft driver did know where they were going and I even called to tell them and they still didn't care. I will make sure no of my Dr friends and family do not have to deal with this particular hotel ever.

It was messy too. They have a picture on the wall about getting change for washing clothes but then they told me they don't do that anymore and they had to Uber and pay to get quarters. Lamp shade was off and one light had no bulb. Dishwasher wasn't working . The last thing they made me clean the room like a slave. And she was speaking Spanish and I know a little Spanish. Not good. Manager was one of the worst managers ever. She argue d with all the guest.

The beds were nice and the rooms were roomy.

No toilet paper in our room we had to switch rooms because our first room the beds weren't even made. They promote breakfast in the morning but there is no breakfast. Was very disappointed about that and the pull out couch in our room was broken.

a 100 Mexicans in hallway running playing soccer ,cooking ,loud all night couldn’t sleep

The website stated breakfast included, and there was nothing but grits,oatmeal, and muffins and the grits and oatmeal were in bags not even cooked

when I went in the room my stove didn’t work could not cook anything the sink and toilet keep stopping up like something wrong with the pipes and the staff didn’t do anything about complain 3 or 4 times they gave me a plunger but didn’t come fix the stove

The location was convenient for me.

the property needs some series painting and remodeling. the walls are cracked, the paint is obviously old because is fall of the walls. The furniture paint is also coming off and scratched. walls without power plugs covers, the bathtub is super old and paint is coming off. the room was dusty and the carpets smelled moldy.
