Location and also the staff was great, well the check in guy was great

The was a dead bug and stains on the bed. The main office staff had horrible customer service. My room was not showing up in the main office people we’re just not helpful at all but the guy at the check-in help me take care of the situation along with his supervisor that he called to help him over the phone because my confirmation was just not showing up.

I went to check in at 2:30. they said I couldn’t yet. i had some place to be, so they said I could check in anytime before midnight, but the front doors would be locked at 10:30 so just pick up the phone outside. I was there at 10:20 and was told they tried to call me (which I have proof they didn’t) so they gave my room away. Found out I was charged for the room because it was made available to me, but never was.

Bed was comfortable, nice warm shower

Smells weed, parking lot full of non-occupants/homeless, no utilities, dirty and dusty floors, check-in wasn't available until 430. Phone didn't work, kitchen amenities were not provided even after asking for them. Overall not worthy at all

The remote control for the tv was missing, receptionists didn’t even bother to look for one. The mattresses were old you could feel the springs!! And the sofa mattress had a like a pee stain on it. We could not use either.

The pool was nice.We enjoyed it...in fact ,my grandson and I were the only two there.The two queen beds were clean and comfy.The location was perfect for us.Near the aquarium and close to the state fair.QT right across the road was nice.Check in and out was quick and easy.A/C worked well

The matress on the sleeper chair was awful.Badly stained...we closed it and put blankets on top of the sleeper as we needed the sleeping space.The rug was stained and dated.While room was fairly clean,fridge was immaculate, the microwve was dirty.Our other guests room had no blankets on their bed.This however was rectified easily.

The property was surprising. I didn't expect it to be that nice for a budget motel. It was clean and had all the amenities. I was only there to sleep and shower and both were great.

The location was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The second room was perfect

The first room was not completed or clean but the host moved us right away. Parking at the second room was hard as one car had cones blocking the parking spot right in front of our room.
