The room not clean bathroom terrible and the smell was undescribalbe. . Felt unsafe.

Good location Decent rooms

I tried to check in around 5, waited 30 minutes, dining the service bell, calling the office, nobody showed up. Went to play my gig and when I returned later that evening it took 20 minutes before someone finally came to the front desk so I could check in, As I was gathering things in the morning a man knocked On my door asking if I was ready to check out at 9 o’clock, I told him I would be checking out at 11. He continued to stand around and knock on the door, even opening it telling me that I do not have a late check out. When I ask what time check out was he said 11 so I replied that’s when I will be checking out. He knocked a couple more times saying that I do not have a late check out and then finally left. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired

This is the most disgusting hotel. The rooms are absolutely filthy and smell like urine! We had our rooms changed and it ended up being the same problem. Stay AWAY from this disgusting hotel. We ended up not even staying and going elsewhere. For this to be in a nice area is embarrassing.

Roaches in the room was noticed

I liked the fact that the hotel was 3 minutes from my job. It was very convenient.

I did not like the fact that the 1st room and 2nd room I was in had roaches terribly. I was not compensated at all for the inconvenience of having roaches and having to move my belongings twice. I requested a 3rd room that was finally roach free. I was also not happy about the fact that I tried to fix a booking issue (I was being charged double for one day) and ended up having to leave the hotel because after being charged double, I was short on the money to pay for the next week. I wasn't able to keep the same rate as when I initially made the reservation...it jumped up by $70. I ended up paying for one more night instead which was $130 (not worth it). I had to leave the next day and since then I have had to commute from Chesapeake to my job in Richmond. I will not be coming back to this hotel ever.

Parking, convenient to restaurants

The room was dirty, had an awful smell, showers was not clean. I asked for joint rooms and they stated over the phone that was possible. A lie my 2nd room was in a whole other building which made it hard for me to keep watch. The staff was rude to my kids on morning of check out rushing them out the room. The Breakfast was wack only coffee and pack of crackers.

I ask if I could check out at 3-4pm. which I know I’ll have to pay a little more but they wanted $25 hours after 11 am . if you do the math that was more then a normal rate on a Sunday. I don’t recommend nobody staying there and also people hang out outside all night long being loud all around people vehicles.
