Location. Cleanliness.

Water pressure and no hot water in the sink.

The location is very ideal , closeby to everything in Henrico . Very quickly accessible to the Highway . The parking facilities around the hotel were very good - such as Gas stations, eat outs etc

The water in shower was very cold . There was no hot water at all in both wash basin and shower area . It was a big struggle throughout the stay. The Room conditioner makes a lot of noise, was disturbing the night The breakfast options were very very minimal

The staff were nice and the facilities were clean. We appreciated how attentive all of the food service employees acted during breakfast. The bathroom and room were in good condition when we arrived.

When we arrived our room was 85 degrees hot and we felt like we were baking. The room was tremendously humid and even with the airconditioning on it still felt "wet". The bed was not comfortable nor the pillows, which offered no support. We did not sleep well as a result and were tired most days without a good night's rest. The air conditioning unit was broken and had not been cleaned for some time, with dust apparent on the front of the unit. The room itself felt dated and just did not meet the expectations I have when I stay at a Marriot property.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely nice. The location was pretty great, very close to shopping and dining and a hop away from the highway.

Our toilet was running the entire time. We were pretty busy and had a short stay so we didn't complain until day 2, but it was later in the day and so no one came to fix it. It was a huge annoyance. Bed was very firm, not my cup of tea but I know that's are people who prefer that.

Comfy beds, free parking, close to restaurants

Room was small. Bathroom was dated. No daily room service. Pool is a joke. No lotion or soap in room upon arrival.

Everything was marvelous

Well me and my fiance had some dinner and drinks the night before and we woke up to eat and drink out the cups that had tops on them there was a sworm of ants in the food and cups so we could not finish our food or drinks.....

Hotel was very clean, good location of other surrounding things within that area. Hotel receptionist was very nice , friendly and helpful.
