The breakfast was really good, it I like waffles so that’s a big add. Coffee was hot and flavorful.

The breakfast was good. There were a variety of things to choose from. The location was good. It was walking distance to eating establishments.

The bed was firmer than I was used to. The concrete in the pool and spa was rough. You could easily scrape yourself.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially Mya she answered all of our questions and concerns! We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

The only complaint we really have was the pool area. There chlorine levels were so high that it was unbearable to sit in that area without your eyes burning.

They were out of everything for breakfast and we didn't really get anything. Even if you don't clean the room I still think you should put towels in the room or on the level of your room to grab.

they were hosting a party in one of the banquet rooms on the first floor and our room was on the second floor. There clearly isn’t adequate sound dampening materials because we could clearly hear everything the DJ said and all the music being played. we spoke to one of the staff about the noise and were told that he had warned the people hosting the party two previous times about excessive noise and that he’d warn them again, but couldn’t do anything else. very frustrating
