The modern look.

The area around the hotel. The continental breakfast very tight space in the lobby. Although, the muffins were very fresh.

Everything was perfect! The decor was nice and it was very clean. The robes and bedroom shoes were a nice touch.

Only thing that could have been better was that it could have had a microwave in the room.

The hotel was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable.

I had to leave a night earlier than initially intended, due to the nature of my work. They said this was not an issue and that I would receive the balance, but despite multiple attempts to contact them directly, and booking.com trying to contact them, they have been completely unresponsive. The experience was definitely soured

Bedroom was not clean. It was so bad and also whoever stayed before us there eyelashes was there.shower was not clean

The evening staff were extremely helpful, friendly.

Water pressure in shower was virtually non-existant. Air conditioner in room was extremely loud and seemed to have issues with properly keeping the room cool, even though outside temperature was not that high at all. Room also felt humid. Paid extra for breakfast, (as "included" breakfast was a joke) Food that was paid for was still frozen on the inside. Threw in trash. Waste of money. Obviously a microwave "meal"... Morning staff seemed like that wanted to be anywhere in the world but at their job. We couldn't leave fast enough. Without question, we will not be staying here again.
