The location by Fremont experienced the bed is soft and the room layout is nice. There are games outside for adults and there's no kids. The way Vegas should be when you come to the bar is open 24 hours and lots of games inside the bar also pool table and interactive wall and all around good environment.

The pricing was low...the resort fee was $22 I believe but the first room was not cleaned on the Gold Spike side it smelled like piss and there was a rag in the shower. The second room the door was broken you have to push it to open it the hinge was cracked on top at the table one of the legs are off and the bathroom is good but the toilet really doesn't have enough room. The maid service needs to step it up, I've heard complaints from other guests that they've been here for 8 days without one day of maid service. Another guest complaint was that they were here for 4 days with no maid service. I myself had to go down and fight with one of the receptionists which in turn he got the supervisor so I could book another day and get maid service because they didn't do it in the timely matter that he said they would which was 4 hours. The maids took my body wash I don't know what else they took cuz I didn't really look but they had the thought process to steal body wash. The maid service needs to step their game up they didn't even clean the room all the way I would say if anything that's a big problem customer service is great but they don't know how to have the maids clean the room every day that's something that needs to be addressed. If you pay for a service you would think you would get it everyday if you pay for a motel you should get maid service everyday you shouldn't have to ask but for this hotel you have to ask and then make sure it's done 🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

The sink leaked the toilet needed updated also it ran most of the time the tub was Rusty the bed was worn out the blankets were dirty it was not a clean place especially for the price I paid I could have gone to a hell of a lot better place if I went to the new strip also there was no microwave or refrigerator in the hotel room which was a huge bummer.

The inconvenience of having guest that stay in the TOWER part of hotel during ‘Club night’. Had to show ID after coming out of elevator from my room to go out. Then security ask me to go take a picture for the head security person so I can be cleared to come back to my room (that I paid for 3 nights ago). The best way to avoid this inconvenience, is to stay POOL side (if you can get one-poolside cost more)

The location of the hotel wasn't bad it it was super close to the freemont street so that was awesome when we realized it.

The hotel policies to go into your room on the casino side are not consistent and that's pretty annoying. One person would tell you one thing and then the other will say something else, so it was a little frustrating. The room itself was a lot smaller than expected. There was no full size mirror and the one in the room was crusty. The beds looked clean, but the bathroom was not. There was used tissues in our tissue box and the floors looked dirty. I think for what we paid it was definitely over priced.

It’s really random but there was no trash can in the bathroom. And it wasn’t a big deal but that’s the only complaint. Also the parking is small for how big the property is.

The price was the only good thing about this hotel. But it was not worth it if you value your safety and sleep.

If you value your safety and sleep, do not stay here. The location of this hotel was not ideal. It is surrounded by homeless people and drug addicts. The hotel is attached to a bar/club which blasts music until 3am on the weekend. The room itself is not bad, but you will not get any sleep without ear plugs and sedatives.

The room could have been cleaner and there was no bathroom fan. Also I never figured out how to turn the bedside lamps off.

The property was relatively clean. With no issues. It was interesting to find out there was a bar/Nightclub on 1st floor. No casino but that was Ok.. No issues was a good stay despite being in the middle of summer with the heat..

I would the bathtub had a issue with the drain took longer to drain, but I take short showers, wasn't a issue. Also. Maybe access going through Bar. But understandable with safety..

Not like the pictures, crappy hotel room with lack of cleanliness... at least the bed wasn't to uncomfortable. Won't be going again.

The location, it was close to the Mob Museum where we went and to Freemont Street where we like to go, we were able to just walk. It was perfect and a bonus was the night club in the bottom of the Tower.

Also the location, it felt a little scary with the homeless people. We had no problems, but if I were alone I would have not gone out. It was clean and we didn't spend much time there, only to sleep.

We had to go through a night club each time we needed to access our room. If we came in at night we had to give security our information to be able to access the elevator to our room. It was a hassle for coming and going. was very loud until about 4am.
