Age, the AC system in the rooms. The room and bathroom were small.

Room was VERY small. No place to store our folded clothing so essentially we had to live out of or suit case for five days. A small step down from the bathroom to the hall way with no warning. Grad and go breakfast was pitiful. The sandwich was usually mested together in tough bread.

De payer une chambre pour 3 personnes est des bons pour le petit déjeuner pour 2 personnes. Le petit déjeuner, ce n’était très clair dans la description que c’était pour emporter donc très léger.

Hotel situat al mig de Manhattan. Molt acollidor, net i amb personal molt amable i atent.

Itens positivos são: Localização, atendimento, limpeza. A cama é boa, apesar de o quarto ser pequeno. O banheiro também é bom, sem banheira, mas a ducha poderia ser um pouco mais forte.

O ar-condicionado do quarto é muito barulhento e joga o ar frio diretamente sobre a cama. As janelas não abrem, portanto não há como ventilar o quarto naturalmente.

Breakfast menu was terrible .. The rooms where quite old and dated .. also the windows are locked shut so you can open a window ..

Location fantastic for being in the middle of the action. Staff was good…no issues and helpful. Cleaning staff were excellent. Room was ample size for New York. Room had everything needed for our stay.

Gym was small for a hotel of its size.

No me gusto el trato de un encargado d obsevar, quien subia al ascensor. Pase un mal momento. Tuvo a bajar mi hija a buscarme. Ya q le daba el nro d mi habitacion, les hable a mi hija q estaba en la misma.. y asi me trato muy mal y no me permitia llegar al ascensor.. Realmente me senti discriminada.por esa persona, aparte a no hablo ingles, pero si le sabia decir el nro d la habitacion.. Fue una situacion desagradable..

The staff was amazing! They were SO friendly and helpful and really worked hard to make our stay easy and enjoyable! We were so grateful for each and every one of them! The location was perfect. We saw 4 broadway shows in our short stay and they were all easy to get to by walking. We loved cheesecake at Juniors, late night dinner at Empanada Mama's and great sushi at Ageha Sushi. All within easy walking distance. The lobby security made us feel safe and cared for. The water pressure in the shower was great! Beds were comfy and sheets were soft. Air conditioning worked well

Posizione ottima, anche se di notte c’era rumore. Uno dei valletti alla porta era veramente gentile, ci ha aiutato.

Innanzitutto la colazione: pochissima scelta ( erano cose buone, ma veramente poche: o brioche o frutta, o panino o yogurt, o succo frutta o caffè). E poi si doveva mangiare in camera, dove per 5 persone c’era solo una sedia e un piccolo tavolo. Alla reception erano antipatici e non collaborativi con ospiti stranieri. Ci hanno chiesto un dollaro a bagaglio per tenerceli sei ore, contando anche il sacchetto appeso alla valigia come un bagaglio in più. Aspettavamo un pacco, e solo grazie al valletto di cui sopra siamo riusciti ad averlo: per la reception non esisteva! Hotel non consigliato!

Everything ! It’s my 3rd time staying in the hotel and I love it, the atmosphere is cool, the room is always clean, comfortable bed, you can walk easily in town

The prices went too high, i stayed 2 days and i paid the same price 2 years ago by staying 1 week

Location was great and having access two streets was a bonus.

Where do I start! Comfort wise, the room was smaller than expected and tight to get around, including luggage placement, the queen bed was comfy. Noise from the neighbouring room could be heard, especially when water was running for bath/ shower and not mention conversions in the hallway. Staff wise, they rarely did greet guests, except for security access to elevators/ rooms. Cleanliness, hit and miss; general items that were used on the day were not replaced, including coffee, soaps, etc… rang the front desk, but button on phone did not work….

Location, beds, bathroom, family room, the staff was very nice, cleaning was mostly good, great Wi-Fi. Whine hour was nice. Grab and go breakfast was convenient. Small fridge, microwave and coffee/tea machine in the room.

The carpeting wasn’t clean (lots of dust round corners even after cleaning), air condition smelt bad (we asked them four times to fix it, not sure if they did, it smelt bad occasionally every day the whole week). We asked for more toilet paper several times one evening and it never came (the staff was friendly when we asked but there seemed to be some problems to get someone to do it). It was an okay hotel to sleep in. The grab and go breakfast was the same every day (fruit or croissant, egg muffin or yoghurt and juice, coffee or tea) which was boring but convenient. The family signature room looks way bigger on the photos than it really was. It also had two chairs in a room for six persons (there was a table for 4-5 people though).

The location is perfect! right in the heart of Time Square! The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable for a good night sleep after all day walking.

Bem localizado. Café simples mas para quem irá andar fo dia todo é excelente. Meio confuso o check-in e check-out mas nada que desabone.

Close to the places we were going.

Bathroom was super small. Grab & go breakfast was sub par, plus having to go downstairs with limited area seating didn’t feel welcoming rather it felt like we were excluded from the general public. Particularly since we were charged $40 + facility fees per day for a subpar grab & go breakfast.

Location was good. Room was acceptable. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning was great !

Reception area seemed to be in a state of constant chaos. It had the ambiance of a downmarket hotel. Breakfast 'grab and go' option felt like being in the handout line in a soup kitchen. The other option in the restaurant felt slightly better but service wasnt particularly good. The front of house staff in the restaurant for breakfast seemed to be indifferent and disengaged. Noisy air con in the room Room was dark and drab, no proper storage areas for clothing.

I liked that it was close to everything and also the breakfast options.

I really didn't like all the noise during early morning hours or at bed time (period between 12am to 4am). And the matress were very uncomfortable.

It was smelly, the carpet had a bad urine smell, the air conditioner filters were very dirty had to clean them so the air could work better.
