The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and very well organized. And breakfast had a good variety of food.

The room was always cold, even when I turn on the heater.

Close to the University. The suite with the fold out couch was enough to accommodate 5 people. Breakfast was good.

Area of town was a but noisy/busy. Shower was a bit dirty.

There was a problem with our room with an unwanted guest (a bat in our room flying around) and the gentlemen working the evening shift were so helpful and attentive. He helped us with a new room and provided wonderful service throughout our stay.

This was to have been a long week-end, at great expense to visit my daughter and granddaughter. I wanted to relax in a nice hotel. This was not that at all. It was miserable so we didn't spend any time in the room at all and it was very hot. Also, with the king size and pull out bed there was no room. We could not even walk. No room care, no clean towels, no garbage removal, toilet had to be fixed. At one point we were told there were no clean towels when we asked and we had to wait for pool towels. $329.00 for Sat. and Sun.? Really? I couldn't check on rates because they told me Booking did that and they could do nothing. When I spent an hour trying to reach Booking I found it impossible. I couldn't check my original reservation because it was gone. Apparently Booking had decided to make changes without any say so from me. I'm 79 years old and this was such an uncomfortable experience I was miserable. I believe I shouldexperience be compensated for this experience. I had never tried to do this before and thought using Booking would make it easier. ls

Room with 2 queen size beds as I requested. The only reason I chose this was because it was the only one that had 2 queens available, and obviously that was not the case. Toilet was running and at first they didn't even want to do anything about it that day, but eventually they did. Very small garbage cans that were overflowing and not removed, no clean towels until we got pool towels finally. All the towels were rough and smelled like chlorine. I don't live this way so why should I pay to do so? I put info regarding booking because I was unable to communicate with Booking in any way. I really tried.

Great location, great price, very clean.

Breakfast was decent - good spread; eggs were dry though.
