Bed was extremely uncomfortable

Property was well maintained and staff and food were great.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Convenient to the PNC

There was an ineffective bell at the front desk that staff sometimes decided not to answer, even tho we heard them behind the partition. Breakfast was a disaster. They didn't bring my buffet food ( yes they portion it out to you) and got my friends omelet wrong. She is dairy free.

Couldn't find the hotel

The king size room was decorated nicely and applicable for 1 to 2 people to stay...very clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet too. The breakfast was excellent. You have a choice of the breakfast buffet or to order from a prepared menu. We ordered omelets made to order and they were delicious! Drinks hot and cold are included with your meal.

1. The toilets definitely need to be replaced. They are entirely too low to the floor...made for little kids. 2. Pillows are too soft...need to replace with firm pillows. 3. Need more handicapped parking spots.
