The suite was very spacious. Easy check in and out. Very polite and friendly staff.

There were children running up and down the halls and it was difficult to get breakfast for rude people reaching over you to get what they wanted. Forming a line would have made it much easier. Not the hotel’s fault though.

Arrived walked into my room and beds were not made. Was moved down the hall from rest of my party. Bathroom door so hard to slide open and closed had to ask other person in room to open from other side as I could not get out of bathroom. Was over charged for parking. Had to call and get refunded since receipt was in email after I left hotel. I complained about the issues and was basically blown off. Sorry nothing we can do about it but we will make a note about it. That was supposed to appease me and do what.

Städningen var väldigt enkel, det enda som gjordes var att sängen bäddades och handdukar byttes ut. Personalen var väldigt nonchalanta, frukosten var väldigt enkel och men knappt någon variation.

More Choices . Food taste was bland. Wish time was extended until 10. Busy whole time. Should be 7- 10 instead of 6-9. Noone us up that early and then you're rushed before 9.

We loved everything about our stay. The room is HUGE!!! Great service and very clean rooms. Breakfast was very basic but at least they are offering hot items, which most hotels aren’t anymore.

Produtos de banho de boa qualidade e em recipientes grandes (não amostra grátis). Café da manhã muito bom, variado, com opções quentes e frias. Destaque para os waffles.

Typisches Hampton Inn mit reichlichen Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Liegt gut für einen Besuch zu Seaworld und zB den Outlet Malls. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, für einige Nächte zum Schlafen völlig ok.

The location, the staff were friendly and it was clean

The pool area was not tidy, in all fairness it was busy and there had been a lot of kids in the pool there was waste paper products left in the pool area

Breakfast was excellent all days, warm, variety, it was wonderful.

All the workers had a mad face on like if they did not want to be there. We like smiles or at least friendliness, this was not at all the case from any of the staff. Everything else was exceptional! My rating is based on services and facility not the staff.

Paid $10 a day for parking. For someone to hit my rental car & front desk to tell me they have no cameras & I was parked near handicap.
