The receptionist, when we got there on Wednesday was very nice and very helpful. The young lady who covers the kitchen responsibilities was also very kind and professional, and her area was spotless. We love the location but not enough to stay there again.

I don’t know if they had a big sale on preschool toilets, but they are so low to the ground it made it difficult for my husband, who is disabled. We did not get our room cleaned one day. We were there Wednesday through Sunday morning, and were told they would be clean our room other day. I told them that my husband is disabled and we would be leaving late in the morning to go to the lake and I set out a door hanger when we left. I don’t think it would’ve been that big of a deal to come back and do that one room last. I did sit out the door hanger that asked for service. They did not even take out the trash. It is not my job, when I’m taking a vacation and paying $772 for Wednesday through Sunday to be uncomfortable and not have a clean bed and clean floors. I will not be staying there again… did not seem to bother anyone! I had to go get my towels each day, and by the way breakfast is just mediocre at best. The lady who covers the responsibilities for breakfast is extremely kind and very professional, and that area was very clean! We go the Lake every year and this is our third stay but our last.

super noisy on the “highway” as the location is immediately across from the highway. Ask for a River View if you are sensitive to noise.

It was kind of close to the interstate so you could hear cars all night,but it was not really that much of a bother you got used to the noise pretty quick
