Everything was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were excellent. Breakfast and evening desserts were excellent.
Someone decided to enjoy our dessert in addition to their own one of the nights of our stay.

We had an awesome stay at the Casa de suenos B &B and is a great location within walking distance around historical St. Augustine. Rooms are fabulous, beautifully decorated, and comfy bed. Barbara and Kelly, the staff are great. Daily delicious breakfast, served late afternoon beverages and snacks to meet mingle with other guests. Highly recommend the Casa de Suenos. Truly felt like home away from home.

Breakfast ,pm happy hr snacks where impressive!…There is private parking. Host and staff are very welcoming. The place is very clean , while keeping the homy charm. The location is best as is just few steps from the center, and galleries, but not right on the spanish st shops, so is rather quite.
Our reservations where for 2 nights 3 days.The storm Nicole was approaching and the source star coming in the surrounding areas, so we have to leave the next morning after 1st night🥺.Not their fault. Just between cancellation policies and November (unusual) tropical storm combination was not ideal. I would it happily re schedule my stay when there was not a natural disaster happening, but there was not an available choice like a hotel would do 😕.

I stayed for my honeymoon it was our first time at a bed and breakfast. The services received by Kim and Barbara were excellent. From the breakfast to the dessert boxes everything exceeded our expectations.

Staff was wonderful and made us feel like we were at home! Bed was comfortable ,sheets nice and soft.
Room was spacious & location was great. Enjoyed the social hour as well.
2 of the 3 boxed desserts-too dense and frosting too sweet.( the cherry bars though were perfect)
Not enough lighting in Codova room and at night the next door BnB's light shines into the room even with the blinds closed- a heavier curtain that could be closed would be nice.

The location is in a great spot plus the staff was very friendly and very helpful, the complimentary breakfast was great and you choices if you wanted something on the simplilar side.
Parking was a little small but considering the amount of space available it was ok, since there is only 7 rooms available to stay in.

the Breakfast on Saturday morning was for me way too salty, could not eat it. The others in my Family agreed but ate it anyhow.

The room was great. The staff was wonderful. Tina , Anna and Kim did a great job taking care of my husband and I. We loved that we could get drinks and snacks anytime of the day. My husband loved the cookies. I myself loved the Stash tea varieties that I could have. I live the decorations for the holiday. The food was very tasty and loved them making me a special dessert to my diet restrictions 😋.
We're looking forward to visiting again and hopefully staying at your St. Francis bed and breakfast next time. 😀

Delicious breakfast, lots of good food and drink, super nice and gracious hosts. Located smack dab in the middle of everything. Great room, big tub and balcony. Loved it.

The food was great every morning! The sweet treats were pretty special too! We enjoyed the evening happy hour and snacks that were available. We appreciated the complimentary sherry as well. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
I wish we had booked our room sooner to be able to enjoy a room with a balcony. We have recommended this to all our traveling friends.

Everything except the TV was OUTSTANDING.
TV was all streaming and we could not get it to work.

The meeting of all guests in the afternoon, the home made cookies, the free coffee tea , location great! Very pleasant stuff, really an excellent place to spend your time.
