This was the best experience I ever had regarding lodging. Petra and Daniel are the nicest persons, they made my visit to Montreal exceptional. The breakfast, the talk, and Monsieur Petit where amazing too!

Excellent location - we parked our car in the hotel and used public transportation during our stay. Very safe and convenient. Friendly hosts - They spent at least 45 minutes ensuring us not to get lost by bus and subway. We also enjoyed the friendly chat during breakfast time. Nice clean rooms of course!

We got the total second floor and it is huge! Has everything we needed - the entire kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. The place is very clean and the host (Petra and Daniel) are super helpful and friendly! It is great for a family to stay.

The bedroom floor is squeaky and so does the bed. We had to be extra careful when walking around, especially at night. It might not bother other people but I woke up to the squeaky sound when my partner went to use the bathroom at night.

The room is nice and tidy, and the breakfast is excellent! I enjoy the morning chats with hotel owners, and there is a cute small dog!

B&B with a warm atmosphere, Petra and Daniel are really welcoming and nice. And the breakfast is simply amazing! Located not so far from the Olympic Village, it's not difficult to reach the downtown by bus, metro or bike. FAMILIAR

The hosts were super friendly, very welcoming, knowledgable about the area, gave us a map so we could walk to our destination. Beautiful house. It was a great stay, will recommend it to our friends.

Did not realize that there was no shower in the room we chose, just a bathtub, but with a shower nozzle, so no big deal! Light coming through from the hallway through the small window of glass blocks in the wall, that's just me needing complete darkness to sleep. But the nice room and super comfortable bed made up for that.

The room had every amenity one could wish for. The owners paid much attention to details. The breakfasts were delicious. This was the second time I stayed there.

Daniel and Petra were absolutely fabulous hosts. Everything was spotless the moment we arrived. I didn't realize upon booking that our stay did not include breakfast. When I asked if I could add this to our stay, our hosts were more than accommodating. I don't think we ate lunch once our whole stay. The breakfasts were homemade and phenomenal. From buckwheat pancakes to homemade omelets, be sure to include this is in your stay.

Honestly the only thing that could've been better was the proximity to downtown. But if you're willing to drive or take public transit it's maximum 15 minutes to wherever you need to go.

The location is superb, close to downtown, botanica gardens, other attractions. The owners are very friendly and caring. Breakfast was very tasty, healthy and fresh. Very warm atmosphere. Cozy and clean place, We really liked it. And Monsieur Petit , 14 years old god, was very friendly)))

Thanks a lot to A La Carte B&B hosts, Daniel and Petra, for making our Montreal trip such an amazing experience. Place is very clean, and hosts are super friendly, providing tons of useful information with random chats as a bonus. Daniel makes warm and tasty breakfast every day to fuel up with the energy for the whole day. Neighborhood is very quiet, but has local street with restaurants and bars in walkable distance. Recommend to everyone!

We highly recommend this place! Friendly and informative hosts, large bedroom, super clean, hot and powerful shower, great breakfasts. It may look a little out of the downtown core but it is located close to a good selection of restaurants, and is on the bus route so quick and simple to take the bus and metro to all the sights around town. We will be back.

On behalf of my parents they wanted to thank both of you for your hospitality and warm welcome. A great place to get away from it all even during this pandemic they made sure you felt safe. They really enjoyed their stay and would definitely recommend the B&B as a place to stay the night… or two… or three! Haha thank you again for going above and beyond their expectations. Since it was our first visit to Montreal, Petra’s trip advice and direction was bonus and extremely helpful. Daniel’s breakfast was amazing. And their charming personality made us feel so much at home. Love the comfy bed and entire ambiance of the house. Most importantly love their cute dog, Monsieur Petit. Absolutely beautiful. Petra and Daniel make everything they can to make your stay the most comfortable one for a short vacation. Daniel cooks a lovely breakfast every morning (you can discuss with them the time for it). Petra knows pretty much everything about Montreal, so she can give a lot of tips about where to go and how to move around. Monsieur Petite is such a lovely dog.
