the apartment was really clean, well stocked, and beautiful views.

the only problem we had with our stay was the other people staying in surrounding rooms. there were tons of unsupervised teens and kids running around and making so much noise. nobody from our group slept well the last two nights. next time we will probably rent a single family home so we don’t have this issue.

The location was perfect, it was easy to go to gatlimburg and pigeon forge downtown. The property maintenance guy (tony) was super helpfull.

We have issues with the water heater since our arrival until we left (7 days stay) we have to call everyday to service the water heater because some problem with the unit hot sensor. So we were a party of 10 and some of us showered at night and others in the morning. REALLY INCONVENIENT.

The inside of the Lodge was pretty nice.

The parking sucks and the fridge did not work properly. Called maintenance, they sent repair person next day, parts had to be ordered. As the week went on, the fridge kept things less and less cold. Milk isn’t very good when it’s not very cold. Could hear people next to us,from the inside of the lodge. People above us sounded like they were always moving furniture.

This is a great cabin for a multi family. Lots of space and beds. Has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. That was perfect! location was awesome. Right across from splash Dolly world. Less traffic then main road. We did have our own hot tub which was great and a grill. Even though there was some bad comments overall I would stay again. Everyone was so friendly and was so helpful when we had our issues.

The bedroom off the kitchen with the queen bed was good but the room with the bunk beds was aweful! There is a door conjoining to the condo next to it and I could HEAR EVERYTHING! The people were screaming at there kids well after 11:00 pm and I could hear loud music and them talking till 3:30 am in the morning. There was a water heater that kicked on and off all night long, annoying. Also there is NO parking for more then 1 car and if you do you could be blocked in. Also there was a broken bed and I called the maintenance and they fixed immediately ♥️.
