Location to family event. Cleanliness. Size of room.

Breakfast was average.

Exhaust fan over the bathroom toilet dripped water droplets

It was a convenient location with plenty of things around it. I liked that Carowinds was only 14 mins away.

I didn’t like how small the refrigerators were and that there was no microwave in the room

Friendly staff, very clean, easy access to the highway, Walmart, and various food locations...nd there is no charge for parking.

The A/C filter has to be replaced. There is bad smell coming out of A/C unit. When we turned off the A/C the smell gone.

We stayed here previously and liked the quiet and location.

Lack of cleanliness in some areas: ft. Entrance carpet, our floor hall carpet. Room couch dirty. If you are going to allow pets need to sanitize more.

This is a new facility in a newly constructed district at Ballantyne. Charlotte downtown is actually far from this place. we were in transit from Washington to Florida so one night stay in the hotel fully suited our purpose. Quite location, nice sleep and everything was new. Park my car just next to the entrance, the parking is big enough and I saw a multi storeys garage on the parking.

Hotel lobby interior was so pretty, room and bathroom was comfortable and clean.

Front desk always helpful

Asked for complimentary turndown service. It was horrible. I had to make my bed, had to replenish my coffee and towels. Nothing appeared to be done except empty the trash.

Breakfast was excellent.

Waited at least 20 minutes to check in. Was a bus group ahead of us.

The location was walking distance to my office which made it the perfect place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Good space to connect my computer and do some work. Lots of plugs to connect my devices.
