Good location

Roomed smelled of cigarettes. The rest of the hotel smelled of cigarettes it is suppose to be a smoke free hotel. The staff walks around smoking

Very pleasant atmosphere, whirlpool bath was wonderful and clean! Very quiet restful stay!

The lobby was very hot no ac blowing, sometimes takes a while for someone to come to the front desk

COFFEE!!! Where is the coffee??? No coffee pot in the room. No coffee in the lobby. Having to leave the facility to get coffee was terrible!!!! Please get coffee……even if it’s in the lobby. That would be better than having to go outside the hotel for coffee!!

They charged my card for 3 separate rooms (which I needed) and I have only received invoices of 2 of them. I have been trying to get into contact with them but have yet to respond to any emails.

That I have not received all of my invoices. I need these to work documentation. No one was at the front desk for check out and I had to leave so I left the keys where they said to and left my email address with instructions to email ALL 3 invoices to 1 email.
