Property need to be updated/renovated

Cute area. Great for our small group. View was pretty and close to a LOT of fun things to do.

Small issues with the outlets in the master bedroom not charging phones. The outlets in the living room worked great but that did make things difficult with people sleeping on the bed. Also the dishwasher is not attached to the counter. It began to fall out when I opened it to load. Just needs 2 screws.

Beautiful Condo, Complex is in nice location. Close to many things grandkids wanted to do. They loved the pool, creek and watching the geese.

Beds and sofa need updating

The location was good and had enough space for my family. A grocery store located right behind the condo was so convenient. Fulll kitchen with a washer and dryer was a plus.

I can tell that the condo had been updated some, but they definitely need to replace the sofa bed because the sofa was so uncomfortable just to sit on. The right top arm of the recliner was pulled up with staples exposed. The floors were warped and had spaces and gaps in between them, mainly in the bathroom.

Location was great. Room was exceptional. Easy to get every where.

We liked the convenience of the property. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for the whole family.
