Spotlessly clean. Modern and fresh decor and linen. Room was well stocked with tea & coffee.
Nothing to dislike. If I was being lucky I would say our room was quite small however it was cosy

Lovely premises. Smelt beautiful. Exceptionally clean & fresh.
Great location near to waterfront, next to huge play area for children& grassed area suitable for dog walking. Breakfast was superb….. well cooked, hot & accommodated my dietary intolerances. Eggs were perfect !!!!
Parking was not ideal although did manage to park adjacent to property. Daily permits purchased through premise owners was discounted by comparison to pay meter fees.

Incredibly affordable place with everything you could possibly need. I would come back if I'll visit Plymouth again. Very clean too, much better than the average b&b

A brilliant bed and breakfast. Great value and well located for easy access to Plymouth Hoe, The Barbican and the town centre.
The room and facilities were first class , as was the friendly welcome I received.

Breakfast was great, room very clean and comfy. Location is great to access the Bars and Resturants and the historic places of Plymouth without too much walking. Parking was good at this location and a parking pass was given by the hosts.
The shower. Unfortunately, we found it difficult to use the shower because of the severely low water pressure when changing the setting to hot.

Close proximity to the Hoe Park and seaside. The bedroom and En-Suite was nice and clean. The had host organised a parking voucher from the council and as luck would have it we were able to park outside opposite.
It was a little confusing at the entrance with two different door bells and being answered only after the third ringing of the bell. The breakfast room and breakfast was okay, although with us three sitting at the table I felt a bit squashed in the corner.

The bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was good especially the coffee! Good, central location.

Very overlooked from across the street when curtains open, location not ideal and noisy. Poor customer service and communication.
