The staff was very helpful and the location was very easy to get in and out of if you use Stewart Rd

Breakfast was poor, pool had no security. There were many unregistered guests at the pool

The location was the only thing I liked

The hotel was extremely unclean and we found multiple bed bugs crawling from our pillows. We called the front desk and the receptionist didn’t have any concern whatsoever. His only suggestion was to move us to a new room or cancel our reservation. We canceled our reservations because my wife asked if the other rooms would be clean and he said “we would find bed bugs in those rooms as well”. This is absolutely unacceptable for anyone who paid nearly $300 for a weekend getaway. This hotel needs to be exterminated and I expect my full refund once the manager sees the notes left at the desk. I’m a retired military veteran and I’ve sleep outside with less bugs than what we found.

Nice room, loved the balcony. Love the floors. Pool looked nice. Would definitely stay again.

Trash was not removed during the evening and night shift. Trash was running over bad look getting off the elevator and guest checking in at 4:00 pm

The clothes closet doesn't have a handle on it with which to open it.

Although room was slightly on the small side, we were comfortable.

Arrived at the hotel a little before midnight, and my key wouldn't open my room door. Me and my family went down to the desk, and the attendant had a sign saying they'd be back in a moment. He was walking the property. We waited about 10 mins, called the property phone, called customer service, and still no one, finally 36 mins later, he showed up. I was upset because I've got my 9 yr old grandson waiting to get to bed, and it's almost 1am in the morning.

The address was a bit wonky since the property sits behind another hotel.

Was very unhappy we were charged for parking. You should make the fact that you charge for parking far more visible on your website. We called several others on the seawall and they don't charge foe parking unless you pay to leave your car for a cruise

The breakfast was mediocre.

The entire hotel smelled like mold and mildew, it was hard to breathe, there were cockroaches. It was just all around gross.

The price and it offered breakfast and we could park our vehicle at the property which was great

I thought the property was actually on seawall not behind the actual the Main Street of seawall which was a disappointment and the hotel was replacing carpet and the smell of the adhesive they used was so strong it made some people in our group sick

The location was the best since it was close to the beach and the pier. Easy to get to and convenient parking. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning temperature was pleasant.

What I didn't like was the smell of the elevator, it was like the smell of urine and was very unpleasant. The room had a smell of wood and humidity, it activated my allergies at night. At the time of breakfast the coffee machine was unfortunately out of service. The balcony door did not close properly and was left half open even with the lock on. The shower didn't have water pressure like it normally should but it wasn't a big deal. We were never able to use the TV because there were no channels available. Apparently there was no TV service. We tried to find a way but we couldn't achieve anything.

Keys were difficult sometimes. They is no reason for that. Cereal was stale.

Door keys didn’t work. Had to get it reactivated multiple times every day.

The location was very good, close to beach and many restaurants

The outside doors are hard to open with keycard

The fact is was easy to change rooms due to problems we experienced.

Staff was very helpful.

Fire alarm in our room, went off (very loud) at 1am. The front desk assoc.put us in a different room on a different floor. This hotel did not charge us (refund) for that night. We had very little sleep.

Hotel was in a good location, room was clean and staff was friendly. Our room was serviced everyday we were there which was nice since we spent most of our time at the beach and had sand everywhere.

No coffee pots available in the room. Breakfast we not offered for very long.

Comfy beds.

Mold on aircon, front desk dismissive about the problem.
