Location rooms were excellent very spacious

The location of Diane's was nice as it is on the Boardwalk of Hollywood Beach so the view is beautiful.

I made a reservation at that property from June 24-28. On Tuesday, the 27th, a man in the room 111 was very rude to one of my daughters on several occasions. We did not respond to his comments and continued our day as we came to enjoy ourselves. Then, that night, he followed us to Nick's Bar next door to the hotel and sat at a table next to us only to threaten us as we were leaving, saying "Leave the hotel." My daughters were scared and felt very uncomfortable at this point, not knowing what this man was capable of. The hotel office was closed and no one answered when we called. I filed a police report and left the hotel. The next day, I called the hotel and was answered by Mercy, who didn't give me a chance to even say hello but told me she received my voicemail and said very rudely "so the day was fine, and all of a sudden you have a problem at midnight?" She didn't even listen to a thing I had to say and told me to speak to the manager the next day. So I went to the office to see the manager and Mercy was there. Mercy did not even let me explain what happened, she already had the man's version and called me a liar and yelled at my face in front of the manager. I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled and how the manager did not tell Mercy to stop yelling at a PAYING customer, as we paid just as any other customer. I have contacted the owner with no response. This was not my first time staying at Diane's but it definitely was my last.

Staff was amazing. I traveled alone and felt safe the entire stay. Manuel was the best!!

Wonderful, very good location and beautiful view of the sea, I recommend it so much that I have already booked my next vacation. The room is spacious and very quiet, I love it.

The only negative is the air conditioning, maybe it's just our room, but the air conditioning doesn’t cool the second room enough. Otherwise I would rate it a 10 plus.

Parking was pricey but the room had an amazing view.
