In a great area, lots of cafes, shops and tree lined streets. Property really attractive architecturally and well maintained with interesting artwork throughout. Hosts, Lorenzo, Silvini and Chen(hope I got the spelling right) were friendly and helpful. Chen in particular has excellent English. Bed very comfortable with top quality linen and room really clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was nice - they always offered to make us scrambled eggs or an omelette to go with the spread (medialunas, ham, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, and tea) they already had out. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Our room was not on the street-side so it was quiet and dark and we slept well. The location is also perfect! We would definitely stay at Sissi Haz again!

Sissi Haz is a small family hotel in Palermo Buenos Aires. The neighborhood is friendly and we got the feeling that it is a safe one. The staff is very warm and wellcoming. We could walk most of the time to see major attractions and when needed, taxi service was available.

Great location.

After I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the owner that they will not accept a credit card and charge in US$. They will only accept cash. If I had know this before, I would have booked at a different property which accepts credit cards.

I had a great time at sissi haz, my flight got in really early and they were accommodating by letting me leave my bags until checkin and then also letting me check in a couple hours before the official time. I found a nice coffee shop across the street. In general the location is great, and the staff were very attentive and helpful/understanding of my needs. The room was good too!

The location was excellent and the rooms are very clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly even when they had to let us in at all hours of the night.

Location okay, secure access, always closed outer door is not that common. Probably for the best in B-A. Breakfast is really taken care of. Condensed but good. Fair GAMBIO , exchange level, at Reception for guests.

Breakfast was very good - personally I do not have a cooked breakfast so the buffet suited me but cooked breakfast was available for the asking. Overall this suited me fine.

This was a fantastic stay for our quick trip to Buenos Aires. The staff were very friendly and felt like family especially the owners and their daughter. The rooms were always kept clean and the breakfast was just enough. I would highly recommend the place for anyone. Thanks again to the owner for his wonderful hospitality.

Everything about our stay was great! The location was right in the center of town, close walking distance to everything. The room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Above all, the staff went above and beyond to help us out!
