Been coming to Ibiza for 15 years and this has been the best stay yet. The house and the location are fantastic! Short drive and you have the best beaches and restaurants. Don’t want to drive? There a few very nice restaurants within a walking distance The house is an absolute gem! Beautifully restored old finca with all the old elements intact. The bbq area is perfectly located for a sunset dinner. And the hostess has been very helpful and absolute pleasure to communicate with. Will be definitely coming beach here.

We stayed in this villa in mid October and had lovely time. The Villa is in a really good location two minutes from St Joseph and the beaches of Cala Tarida & Cala Bassa, so ideal if you want to be close to family beaches. This villa is very well equipped, very clean comfortable & homely. Caty was a dream host to deal with, really friendly and approachable, she really does go out of her way to make sure you have a comfortable stay with lots personal hospitality touches..... We couldn't recommend it more. Would love to return,

We are so happy we found Caty's villa! We spent a number of hours over weeks looking for the perfect villa and when we saw Caty's we were fairly sure we'd found it. We arrived and were shocked... It was even more amazing than it looks in the photos! Tasteful, spacious, beautiful plants everywhere, multiple seating/lounging areas all around inside and out. Kitchen has everything you need. The swimming pool was awesome and has a fantastic view too! The rooms were very clean and the beds were all really comfortable. We can't thank Caty enough. She went out of her way to accommodate all our requests and was quick to respond with any messages. We were extremely sad to leave and are seriously considering returning next year. The villa is so well located, there is a nearby village which is a very short walk that has a couple of decent restaurants and there are fantastic beaches only a short drive away. And short taxi rides to most of the best clubs. Thanks again Caty!!

Wonderful property and in a fabulous location. The villa was very clean and well catered for our family of 9. Every attention to detail! Super place for kids of all ages and within walking distance of some lovely (if not expensive) restaurants! Lovely pool area and all added up to a relaxing holiday! Would definitely like to return! We had a wonderful family holiday with three generations happily catered for in this lovely villa.. The villa feels isolated with uninterupted views from the pool to the sea but has a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the local supermarket is only a few minutes drive away. There are lots of different spaces for people to go to and for different meals. We were welcomed with wine and beer in the fridge, fruit from the orchard in bowls and all the basic stuff like coffee, tea, milk, juice, honey etc which was much appreciated - and not always offered. Products in the bathroom and clean sheets and towels half way through all just added to the good feeling about this villa. Caty and her husband could not have been easier to communicate with and dealt with any queries and small problems that arose speedily. We will definitely book again.

First of all Cathy was a very nice host but as there were no issues at all we only saw her at checkin and checkout. The Finca with its gardening is very spacious and in good shape with lots of tasteful decorations. The view from the pool area is great, the small village only a few minutes away. All in all we had a very good time at the Finca and can highly recommend it.

We were a family party of 7 adults 3 small children and a baby, this place was perfect I really couldn’t fault it .Spacious accommodation, fantastic views, wonderful pool and outside areas to relax and eat. Caty and her husband could not have been more friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, any questions or queries were answered swiftly . Caty went out of her way to provide extras for the infants in our party as well as welcome gifts that were much appreciated. The villa is in a perfect location a few minutes walk to the pretty village of Sant Augusti, with 3 restaurants/Bistro (although only open evenings). The villa is just 10-15 minutes from a number of lovely beaches also the clubs and nightlife that the island is famous for are not far and easy to get to. This holiday was to celebrate my 60th birthday, and all of our group had a wonderful holiday.

This is the best villa we have stayed in recent years. Extremely clean and well maintained the villa had all the equipment and amenities for cooking for the 11 of us. Lovely infinity pool and lots of different areas for relaxing. We were given Ibizan toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and a dental kit which we have never had before. Caty was a charming host also came in mid week to change sheets and clean. Fantastic! We definitely hope to return.

This is a really special property, wonderfully restored by Caty and her family to provide an outstanding holiday experience. The location was really perfect for us as we wanted to enjoy the garden and pool area but only a short stroll away is the pretty hamlet of Sant Agusti with it's two restaurants and grocery shop. The kitchen is extremely well equipped (used to be a restaurant) and the whole layout is very well suited to an extended family like us. Caty was a wonderful host from initial enquiry through to meeting us at the property on arrival. Highly recommended for a family or group holiday in a magical location, we'll definitely be returning in the future!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in the Villa. We went with our 3 children and elderly parents to have a relaxing week in the sun and to escape from the usual "touristy" spots to get a flavour of the real Ibiza. The villa is charming and the outdoor pool area is amazing with beautiful views over the village and to the sea. There is a lovely covered area for outdoor dining and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. Caty, the owner and her husband were lovely and met us at the villa and were always happy to help in any way or recommend restaurants. The owners must be very keen gardeners as the gardens around the villa are beautiful including the huge area that contains plenty of fruit trees. There are two great restaurants nearby which we can highly recommend especially the Bar Can berri which serves "Iberico secreto" a lovely pork dish with honey and mustard. We'd highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a slightly quieter place to stay but only 15 minutes away from the nightlfe which our teenage children enjoyed. Thank you Caty for a wonderful week. We'd love to come back!!

We loved the house at the first moment we saw in Ownersdirect, but in the check in, We saw that it was over our expectation. The villa is amazing, conditioned for winter season and also summer season. It is very confortable and it have incredible views. The host is lovely and she was very kind with us. The villa is absolutely stunning, the pool area is just beautiful, we stayed with our two kids and a few friends and the bedrooms are set up perfectly for our situation. Very clean on arrival and cleaned in the week, as well as all the trimmings you might get with a hotel stay made it all even better. Location is absolutely perfect too, two local restaurants only 5 minutes walk and beaches just 10 minute drive. Superb!

The villa is perfect for a relaxing time with family but close enough to beaches, San Antonio and Ibiza town if you want to visit. The villa itself has soo much character and is comfortable and spacious with a pool area that is stunningly perfect. I stayed with my brother and his family and the kids loved it. I would definitely recommend it and Caty was lovely and accommodating.

Caty & her husband could not have been more welcoming, helpful & accommodating both at the outset of and during our stay. Their beautiful house was absolutely perfect for us. Superbly well appointed with every need catered for. A lovely house full of character, charm, beams, nooks & crannies which in its elevated position on the outskirts of San Augustin commands great views, cooling breezes and is beautifully peaceful. The pool and various outside dining and seating areas are magical, particularly at night when all lit up. San Augustin, a five minute walk is a pretty little village with a lovely square & church, a great little bar, a very well appointed shop / Tabac, a superb more formal restaurant and its less formal grill/BBQ based sister restaurant. The house is also within easy striking distance of lots of great beaches: Cala Bassa, Cala Comte and many more and around 30 mins to Ibiza Town and the airport. Our only regret is that we were only able to stay a week. We will most definitely return. PS the copious numbers of towels, beach towels and pool toys were much appreciated.

I cannot recommend this villa more highly. I spent the week with 4 of my girlfriends and we had the most amazing time - and are now in the process of booking for next year! The villa is outstanding and has everything you need. The pool and terrace areas are beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice. It was in a nice quiet position, but within a 5 minute walk, there is a little shop which sells most items and also a bar and lovely restaurant. We got taxi's a few nights and these were very cheap. Thank-you Caty for all you did for us and look forward to seeing you again in 2017.

Have to say the villa was amazing on every level. We have been coming to Ibiza for nearly 30 years now and this villa is pretty much up there as one of the best. I never been to a villa that is so well equipped, it even had a coffee machine! The villa was spotlessy clean on arrival. We needn't have bought towels with us for around the pool as they were provided which was a bonus. There are lots of different outdoor areas to relax around villa. The gardens are very well kept with various fruit trees to the front of the villa. Caty the owner met us at the local village on arrival and took her time to run over everything in the villa with us. The villa is located in a great spot, with our favourite restaurant on the island can berri vell within 3 minutes walking distance. There is a small village shop just down the road stocked with all the everyday essentials. The local town of san jose is just a short drive away with a great supermarket, bars and restaurants. Unfortunately my father became unwell at the end of our stay, I cannot thank Caty enough for all of her help at a very worrying time. She could not do enough to help us out. I would 100% recommend this villa and hope to book again in the future!!

This was an amazing property! A beautiful, spacious villa that was so nice we almost didn't want to leave it to do anything else! Both the interior and exterior as well as the surrounding grounds and pool are maintained like it's a five-star resort. It is also very private and peaceful. The owners are very nice and very accommodating as well. The location as also great, very easy to get to everything on the island. I can't recommend this villa enough and I would stay there again and again and again... Thank you, Caty, for sharing this beautiful villa with the world!

We stayed in this villa in August 2015. Our group consisted of 2 families: 4 adults and 4 children ages 9 months - 6 years old. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as the villa is very lovely: much larger and nicer than the photos show. There is a great amount of common area space both inside and outside. We never felt like we were in each other's way. It was a bit hot, which is expected in August, but there are fans in all the bedrooms and the owners are looking to install AC in the future. We made especially good use of the pool and outside area, which had a great view. The dining area outside by the BBQ is especially nice for breakfast and dinner. The location is great: close to Ibiza town, the airport and great local beaches. We enjoyed Cala Bassa and ate dinner one evening after the beach at Cala Bassa Beach Club which had a great view. Local restaurant Sa Soca is also worth a visit with delicious seafood and very friendly service. The owners were extremely friendly and very helpful with organising babysitters and chef. We were a family of 8 consisting of 6 adults and 2 children. Everyone absolutely loved the Villa and it suited everyone's needs. It's in a lovely idyllic and peaceful location but not too far away from the nearby towns. I recommend hiring a car to get about The villa itself is really well decorated with lovely spanish touches. It stays nice and cool throughout the day so the lack of air conditioning wasn't a problem for us in May. The villa has lots of different seating areas both inside and outside for eating and relaxing and plenty of space for everyone. There's lots of great cooking facilities too The owners are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We can't thank you enough for making our holiday perfect. My wife and I stayed at this villa as part of our honeymoon in Ibiza. The villa is absolutely stunning and the owners (Caty and Paco) were so helpful. It's so peaceful and secluded and in the ideal location. The village had its fiesta during our stay which was great and we were able to travel easily to other areas of the island. We would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be able to return with friends in the future.
