We were staying in the Nelson area to visit relatives and the motel location was very convenient for us, together with the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Friendly staff, very clean.

We had two nights at Arrow, David even rang before we arrived and said he would be there when we arrived. Was very helpful with things to do and general information. Showed us around the complex and offered advice on area. Good places to eat etc. Would have liked to say goodbye and thank him before we left but went early as we had a long drive home.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Room was excellent had everything I needed, large bed, good shower, patio, location, highly recommend.

clean, very quiet, near to the beach and any recreational activities and a family friendly accommodation.

just the Tv is quite small. maybe because we have a toddler whose the one who wants to watch tv. but aside from that, everything is great for what we expect.

We had just finished the Abel Tasman track of hiking for 5 nights straight and this was the PERFECT spot to rest afterwards. The manager was so friendly, kind and really helpful showing us where and how to wash and dry our clothes from the hike. Such a great place, so neat and clean. Absolutely going back when we can!

The owner is very helpful, rooms are good size and good value of money, very clean.
