Newly renovated room, great shower and size. Breakfast was amazing with water and coffee available anytime. Fantastic location and great customer service.

My family and I had a great experience. Iskandar had been extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was excellent with all tourist attractions nearby, one minute away from the Gulhane Tram station. We booked the King suite and the room was not as big as the name suggests but fair enough for the price we paid for it. Room service was available on call. Limited but decent options for breakfast with a very friendly lady there to greet and help. We'd love to stay there again.

There's no elevator. Bringing the stroller up and down was the only hassle I faced there.

Central location. Friendly staff. Bathroom was clean and the condition ok. Bed was confortable and clean.

Walls, windows and doors should refurbish. Breakfast is ok, but just ok.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was incredibly nice and close to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was always ready at 8am and the cook was a very nice lady. Rooms were clean everytime we came back.

All it was super :) : very kind staff (especially Iskender), the location of the hotel is very close to most tourist attractions, good breakfast and access to coffee, tea and water throughout the day.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The 24 hour reception was so appreciated and their willingness to help in any situation. The location is great and so close to all the popular sites.

Only location is good. I repeat, only location. Other things are the worst I have ever expericenced.

All other than location. This hotel is insincere to traveler. Never chose this hotel.

The staff here was very nice and helpful. They helped with ordering cheaper taxi. They keep our baggage after checkout for the whole day and even gave us free hot tea after we checked out while we were waiting for the taxi. The hotel itself is nice and clean for it's price in a good location.

the room was in another building 10m away, however the room was alright. the shower head was broken and the shower had black marks around the walls fixtures. the bed was a bit stained.

It was a great location - central to so much of what we wanted to do and see. The room was spacious - for three people. Beds were great. Above all, the staff was excellent - friendly, helpful.

The breakfasts were okay but when you are there for 3 or more days, there could be a bit more variety. Still, what was served was good and there was lots to eat.

Fantastic location. Breakfast needs a bit more variety. Hotel is located in a repurposed house and changes not finished during our stay. They lost our room key once which was an inconvenience. Attic room has great view but dont consider it if you are taller than 5' 5".

We saw great Hospitality, and had a great Communication with everyone in the hotel. Place of hotel is in the heart of Istanbul and very very close to historical places as well as to all other necessary things. Breakfast was so delicious as well. All in all everything was great. If I come again to Istanbul, it's first place to choose and stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. .

The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were simple, but homemade by a very sweet lady Tamara and we never left the canteen hungry. Also the location, it’s perfect! a quiet street in the center of old city, close to metro, marmaray line, tram and ferries. Best of all: good heating system with real radiators, not AC (tho AC is also available), which is especially important for those, who travel in winter.

The building is understandably old, same as the interior. The furniture in the bathroom was literally falling apart. The hotel definitely wants good repair and redecoration. For the price we paid it was expectable. Removed the stars for an alive and kicking red cockroach which was found running from the tea tray, where cups, teabags and sugar were kept, on the day of our arrival. When I informed the receptionist, he just chuckled, so I feel like this is normal for the place. (yet, I must admit that was the only time I saw a cockroach within a 6-nights vacation)

Great location within walking distance of all major attractions. Very helpful and welcoming staff, great home cooked breakfast served next door.

The location is very close to the tourist attractions Hagia Sofia Cathedral, the Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace and 1 km away from the Galata Bridge and the Galata Tower. The bed sheets and towels were clean.

We confirmed the arrival time with the hotel staff, for 18.00 hour. Few minutes later, they sent us a message, that the family room we booked is no longer available for the first night and we will have instead, two double rooms. When arrived at the location, we accepted the two double rooms, one on the 2nd floor and the second room on the attic. Unfortunately, both rooms were small, with old and damaged furniture and poor cleanliness. The next evening, they changed the rooms in one family room they had available, but it was not according to the images on the site. The rooms and bathroom were not clean, the paint was destroyed, the furniture was old and damaged. We discussed this topic with the hotel staff from reception, mentioning that we booked a Suite King and received a family room and the price was too high, compared to what the rooms look like; their answer was to go to another location, if we are not pleased. We stayed at this hotel, having no other options, most of the nearby hotels being booked, at that time. Breakfast is very poor, being served in a basement room, and the coffee they offered is instant variant, having nothing to do with Turkish coffee.
