it's really very very beautiful place like in a fairy tale, not to mention the staff who are really friendly, working all the time, genuine hospitable, smiling with positive energy and very helpful and professional, especially Margherita, Jessica and Francesca.

Fantastic stay! All is 100% made with love. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation there. Views are outstanding, miracle heated pool and fantastic breakfast.
*don’t trust the reviews about steap and difficult road. We had a big SUV and didn’t face any difficulties.

Wonderful breakfast and very helpful with gluten free option for my husband despite being very short notice of our stay.
Nothing apart from our room already being booked for the following night!
We were slightly unsure we were in the wrong place when we drove up the hill - which was a bit disconcerting especially when it took a few minutes to get a response from the call bell on the gate - probably because we had booked short notice too.

Wow what can I say, this was one of the most amazing stays of our journey around Italy. the location was sublime, the room was just perfect, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and unique. the facilities were tasteful and the restaurant was out of this world. the most tastiest food we have ate. thank you so much for the most magical stay, I hope to return soon.

We arrived after 11.30pm due to an unexpected hospital visit. Rogero the owner met us down in the village as we were towing a trailer and led us to a place where we could store it during our stay. We had booked in for dinner but as we arrived so late we did not expect anything but Rogero helped us unpack the car and said make your way to the restaurant where we were cooked a beautiful meal at midnight. The service was amazing, the property brings tears to your eyes with the shear beauty of it. The food was just outstanding. From Jessica at front of house to Maria and Rogero making this one of the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. We were also upgraded as low season. What can I say just spectacular!

Food was excellent, they clearly care about the quality of your stay and tell you the story of everything you eat.
The drive up to 800m on very steep windy roads from the lake. No lunch or snacks available during the day.
