The location is great, the view from the balcony is lovely. There are nice places to go close by.

In the living room there’s a home fragrance spray with terrible and strong smell that gave me headache. This smell didn’t go away even after several hours with all open windows. I told the host about it, and all would be more less ok… BUT then the host came to the property when I was moving out. She blocked my car in the driveway and started pressuring me to leave a good review! When I told her that I don’t like to be pressured like this, she just cancelled the booking. After the stay. This behaviour is unacceptable and crazy, I don’t recommend staying with such host.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nicholas Seaview Apartments. Great quiet location away from the noisy bars and restaurants but close enough to get to with a short walk. We had gorgeous morning sunshine and lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Very close to numerous beaches and a short bus ride away from Nissi Beach and Konnos beach. Apartment was great too, everything we needed and nice and clean. Maria our host was lovely, checking in on us and helping us with any questions or requests even providing us with a delicious watermelon which her dad grows 😀 we snacked on it all week ! Thank you Maria for everything and we hope to be back next year.👍

Location just perfect, 3 min walk from the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is placed at an exceptional location which is very close to the most famous beaches of Protaras. Amazing host, always available to help. Maria was a fantastic host, she met us at the property and was very welcoming, the place was 10 out of 10 clean and she was on call if we needed anything. Amazing place, Fantastic and modern apartment. Beautifully situated, fully equipped. The property is absolutely stunning, a great deal of effort has been made with the decor and was fully kitted out for self catering. Kitchen had all required equipment and crockery Including coffee maker washer. Spacious, with comfortable bed. Beautiful seaview ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment was better than we had expected. Well equipped app with practically all stuff needed. Cold drink await us during arrival too :). Enough space for 2-3 persons, all amenities in bathroom, cleanness all around. In kitchen everything for dining, some could miss dishwasher maybe. Washing machine works, but description only in Cyrillic. AC units works well.

Bed itself was sufficient for max. 1,8m tall people, those taller might claim a bit. Noise from the street comes through windows, but nothing to claim so much as it was anticipated.

Apart from that the apartment was clean bright spacious and in the perfect location would recommend it to any couple considering going to potaras loved every minute will definitely be back thank you

Couple of thing nothing major the washing machine only has a 3 hour wash setting which stops when you take your key out to leave the apart ment so turns into a 12 hour wash unless you leave it on over night iwhich I don't think the apartment below would appreciate also the ironing board they've supplied must be for one of the seven dewalfs it's ridiculous
