Excellent view over the marine lake towards the sea from the 1st floor apartment, and very comfortable beds & furniture.

Would have liked a dishwasher, and smart TV rather than ordinary TV - but these are minor negatives (the TV was large screen, which was good)

Lovely big bright rooms, plenty of space and very clean. Good location and just what we hoped for.

Found it a little tricky to work the heating and as a result it was a little hot at times but I suspect a little more time spent by us or a quick call and it would have been sorted by Roy so no complaint really!

Great short break in a quiet ideal location about a mile from town centre. Well stocked ground floor apartment and garden looking out to sea. Off road free private parking space.

Excellent location, overlooking the Marine Lake at the North end of Promenade; very quiet in the property but within easy walking distance of town centre and all facilities.

Best property ever stayed at. The arrangements to check in are you call the property owner 10 minutes before arrival met by Roy the property manager who provided the keys and showed around the property. Confess we came prepared with cleaning materials to make sure all clean due to covid, did not need too the premises are spotless clean. We stayed at a four bedroom apartment that has 2 doubles one ensuite and one with amazing lake view and two twin bedrooms. A massive lounge with big screen TV and sofas plenty of storage if your on a long stay. The lounge has the best views in Southport and you can see Blackpool in the distance. Their was also a bathroom and separate shower so three bathrooms in total. We all had the kitchen nightmare in appartments of lack of equipment and often you find little more than a few plates cups and a couple of pans making self accommodation meals a nightmare. Don't worry the kitchen had more equipment than we had at home. Full range of pots and pans, loads of cutlery, plates , glasses and coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, massive fridge and freezer, jucier and streamer you name it it had it. The attention to detail and finishing touches were amazing the decoration is outstanding. They even tailor the duvet to your preference if it's too thick or thin they will change it. If you want housekeeping they will clean every seven days Roy the manager is always available at the end of the phone if you need anything. We were anxious going away in the pandemic but no need to here it's 100% safe and guaranteed to be the best accommodation you stayed at. Rebooking for 2021 and lucky to be given a brief tour of a different 3 bedroom apartment for next year which was equally amazing so although I only seen two apartments they have I know which ever one you book it will be outstanding. Thanks Roy,Richard and Bea the owners for the best holiday for ages. Book as soon as you see available you won't be disappointed

Noting to be disappointed about apart from leaving. My only comment is trust me the pictures and description don't do the properties justice it looks good but in real life is so so much more.
