Good location nice views,

Signs of damage around the apartment a bedroom unit was hanging off the wall, a broken lamp left in the apartment, felt the need to walk around on arrival and take pictures just in case they tried to blame us for damage.

Perfect for large family travelling the apartment was very spacious, complete amenities.

Only 1 parking slot available.

- Clean and comfortable, spacious and good that thry provide kitchen with amlost full equipment.

- Very poor customer service, rude & slow service. - Management showing less interest to assist their customers. - No proper checking in and out. Receptionist was held by security? - Difficult to come in and out of the building (access needed atc) - Parking was only available for 1 car per unit (please think that some unit provides more than 5 pax, giving 1 access of parking to 1 car is not enough and not convenient as you cannot expect that we will only bring 1 car knowing that we have more than 5 pax living in that 1 unit for example 9 pax). - Parking is very difficult to find. - Unhelpful guide from the management - Management were too slow to act on some complaints (leaking from the aircond, hose etc) - Some of the facilities were only available for short staying customers ? Remember we are also you customer and we pay for your service, it is not worthy at all. Please revise your rules and management control.

Everytihings is good. but its is nice if provided waters bottle for drinking. other then thats its is completely good.

Everything good. Room so clean and nice view. The staff very nice and helpful. Tq so much ya😘 Very good and very recommended for staying.
