The hotel has good food, location, and furniture in the rooms. Pool is a nice, wide area.

Noisy in the corridors, also windows look into the lively road. Spa is not professional and not relaxing.

The reception was very welcoming. It had a delicious breakfast and snack, if you take HB you had to pay extra for the Coca-Cola and the alcoholic beverage.

Everything super! Especially Mrs. Kadar in reception was super! She is the "star of that Alaiye hotel", alwsys so helpful and glad. Food was very good, we had all incl. I recommend this hotel for holiday. Very relaxing!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel. The food is of local recipes but very nice. I booked half board breakfast and evening meals. I thought best so as to leave our day away. This would be my 2nd visit to this hotel. I would recommend .

We stayed at room 521. The room is small but ok.The bathroom is very simple and smell terrible. We have told them to fix but probably they can not. Definitely they must do something. Food was simple. The chef Yunus and Mustafa are very kind.The porter is very kind also. Parking space is always available what is very good

Definitely they MUST fix the bathroom because it smells terribly. Our only complaints are about that.

The hotel is in a great location,close to a beautiful promenade,bike path and beach.The staff is very friendly and the food is great.The only complaint is weak internet signal if someone wants to work from the room

- The main pool was without warmers. - The hotel doesn't have any umbrella for guests during this rain season. - Just noticed that some waiters in the main restaurants during the lunch and dinner were trying to reach lonely foreigners girls several times, Looks in polite.

A home-like hotel with an extremely friendly staff that speaks at least two languages. The room was cleaned every day. The food is delicious and varied enough - salads, fruits and vegetables, meat and fish. Sweet things not to mention - this is Turkey. As fans of aniseed drinks / mastic, ouzo, yeni brandy / we are pleased. The wine was not of box, but of very good quality bottles. A nice surprise was the New Year's dinner, at no extra charge. Tables packed with all kinds of dishes. The water in the indoor pool, though small, was spotlessly clean. The outdoor pool also looks good, but we did not use it, as well as the beach which is about 150 meters away. However, the temperature rarely exceeded 18 degrees. The fortress above the city is fantastic and air transport is provided by lift. Countless clothing and shoe stores are really fun.The city is very clean
