The only positive aspect related to the hotel is its proximity to the exhibition area

I have been traveling to Dubai for over 10 years. I usually don't change hotels often, but occasionally trying new experiences is nice. Fairmont, however, turned out to be the worst hotel I've stayed at in Dubai, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The check-in process was a torture; they opened a new counter too late despite the long queue. Most of the elevators were not working, and catching one, especially when staying on the upper floors, felt like a miracle. Going down to the lobby with stops on every floor, even when the elevator was already full, took an eternity. Going up was the same. The breakfast area had dim lighting, making it difficult to see what you were eating in the middle of the building. In this price range, there are much more excellent places available.

Pas de wifi dans la chambre, sur 6 ascenseurs que 2 qui marche donc longue attente pour monté ou descendre, le téléphone ne fonctionne pas il fallait que j'appelle par mon téléphone perssonel pour avoir le room service, des travaux qui commence très tôt le matin, la piscine ne donne pas envie de nager

I have stayed several times in this hotel and in general it was good. Unfortunately, the last stay was very disappointing for me. It’s crazy to wait for 5-10 to get into the elevator in a 5 star hotel!!

Gharam masala was so Kind to me.She told she comes from land of the Nafal titi, Cleopatra and The Great River Nile. The Hotel in Very Nice atmosphere,I liked your Breakfast.The Room big Clean. The staff were very friendly and Kind.I will Book again in my Next visit.
