the location is perfect, you have everything you need at a few minutes walk, the hotel is well designed and looks exactly like the pictures. we loved the design and also the staff was quick to give solutions to every problem occurred.

Absolute parody of a four-star hotel. The room was dirty and the electricity wasn’t working properly. We complained to the receptionist about that, but they didn’t change our room or fixed the problem. The SPA was miserable. Small and cold swimming pool. The jacuzzi was full of group of people all the time, so we couldn’t use it at all. Not to mention the other SPA facilities were paid even though the reservation mentions free SPA access. The breakfast was limited to a few things, the coffee was terrible. Not recommending the place!

The hotel is located very close to Tsarevets Fortress (2-3 minutes to walk to the entrance of this); The room it was very comfortable and spacious, with big bathroom, desk, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and TV; Even if I arrived at the hotel at around 21, I got all details over the phone to can obtain the access card;

There are no things here that I didn't like, maybe the number of the parking places (in present it is only 6-7), for me it wasn't a problem, I found a free one.

Really good hotel, very clean rooms, good restaurant for breakfast, also parking included into the price. Perfect location and great, cosy SPA center. Recommend to visit.

It was overall OK and quite cheap. Breakfast was good and jacuzzi was a nice addition.

Terrible, very uncomfortable bathroom. Strange burning smell in the room. And BTW BEFORE BOOKING better read comments on Google Maps as apparently this hotel likes to cancel reservations.

The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff was helpful, respectful and friendly. Location is great, just in the middle of the old town.

The building and rooms/facilities are very nice! Great staff and best mattresses ever!

Location and a nice terrace

Wasn't given any information, which is only in Bulgarian in the room. Noone around when you need them - the information isbjn Bulgarian so i didnt know who to call Bed too soft, pillows too big and soft. No father pillow. Room very hot and air con turned off for winter so no way to cool it except open the window. Due to the nets I still couldn't get a breeze in the room. I didn't sleep. When you use the shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. The shower us poor and has not power. Coffee poor - no coffee facilities in room Breakfast poor. No full English, full Irish or vegetarian. Its a continental breakfast offering only (not as described here). Noone spoke English and no special diets catered for I was told i had to check out at 11am and check in was 3pm. This is not as advertised.
