We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apartment Albert. The flat is very comfortable and well equipped. It is in the centre of town and yet really quiet inside. John is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The apartment had everything. Clean Comfortable and very central ,with also being very quiet. John was a great host ,met us on arrival, full of local knowledge, which was very handy to get the maximum of the limited time in Carcassone .Highly recommend staying here

No complaints

Everything is to love about this beautiful, stylish and warm apartment. It's simply top notch. It's got a fully integrated and working kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee pods, herbal teas. There is attention to details for everything, everything is thought out for the comfort of the travellers to make them feel at home. I was travelling with a friend and we absolutely loved this place, it felt like ours for 3 days. John, the owner, will do everything he can to make everything easy for your stay. He has lots of tips to give for restaurants, walks, etc. It's also very easy to keep in touch with him prior to the say and during the stay, if need be. Thanks John for making our weekend beautiful, we so appreciated the personal touch to mark my friend's 40th Birthday and for giving me a lift to the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment. The location is very central and only about 20 minutes walk to the old city.

Central location for access to old city and new. Station 5 mins away. Lots of places to eat nearby and a small Carrefour round the corner. Apartment is super comfy and has all home comforts including Netflix.

Parking can be difficult in the streets and best to identify some options like underground parking or behind the station if needed. Everything within walking distance so car not really needed. Shuttle bus from the airport stops at the Station.

Excellent communication from the host John who was contactable at all times either via email or WhatsApp. Apartment was spotless and contained everything we needed including water and milk in the fridge, tea and coffee etc. Location was super, a 2-minute walk to the center of the Bastide area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. A pleasant 15-minute walk up the medieval citadel. Highly recommend Apartment Albert.

Location, facilities, cleanliness, style, amazing host....all 100% perfect for a stay in an amazing city! Would recommend to anyone and will be back!

Whats not to like?

We liked the central location which was only a 2min stroll to Place Carnot. Whilst it was a central apartment it was still quiet with no noise day or night. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything we could possibly need. The host was very professional and went out of his way to ensure we had a good trip. Great value.

There was nothing we didn't like

Fabulous Apartment in a super location. The attention to detail was exceptional and beds, couch etc were really comfortable. John is an fantastic host and all his recommendations really worked for us. There was Limoux Cremant in the fridge and it was fantastic to get good toiletries in the bathroom. Great coffee machine with milk steamer as well.. Great bakery around the corner.
