very stuffy in the room

It is a very traditional place to stay, but the room was renovated and nice. The room was clean as well. there are twi buildings, the main one and the guest house, we were allocated to the guest house. It is very close to Interlaken West train station. The staff was nice and helping.The brekfast was nice, but a few more options would have been appreciated.

The breakfast dining area was quite small and limited.

The Swiss Chalet is a lovely and very comfortable typical Swiss house. The room was recently refurbished and was super comfortable. Nice breakfast, in a small room but with everything you need. They provided us with a card that allowed us to use public transport in Interlaken for free and enjoy 10% discounts on cable cars such as Harder Kulm and Lauterbrunnen

Hotel is very close to interlaken West bus and train station. Breakfast is extremely varied and very fresh and delicious. Excellent hotel.
