Absolutely everything!!! we loved it! the view is incredible, the lay out, the terrace, the huge bean bag, comfy beds, the location, extremely friendly and accommodating host, everything was just perfect!!!

Why book a hotel when you can have space, comfort and a great location in the middle of town, with the best views. The owner provided so much we were really spoiled and had kittle needto get anything else during our stay. Outside space as well, which is a little sun trapani quiet away from the main street outside. Loved our stay.

only one toilet, with 4 adults and 2 teenage boys another toilet would have been helpful.

The property position could not be any better - gorgeous sea view and in central Newquay. walking distance from everything. The design is great, they have a coffee machine, hair straighteners - any facilities you could wish for! It was simple to get to, had free parking nearby and the owner was so kind and friendly. Couldn’t have done more for us! An amazing weekend in the perfect property for a group of 6 on holiday.

Was a little cold at times.

Everything, the pad felt so homely and was well equipt with everything you would need from a self catering apartment. Dog friendly, with lovely views of Towan beach and within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Yvonne was an amazing host, super accommodating.

The location, the views and the extra little touches on arrival were all fab. I would highly recommend this accomodation to everyone. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and spacious.

Everything, amazing property, amazing location.

The Pad was a superb apartment, the views were second to none 😆🏄‍♀️🌊 . And the proximity right in the the town , what more do you want 😁😁. The owner was superb very welcoming, could not not do enough for you . As you can see we Shall be back .

The Pad is amazing! A perfect position for a holiday home close to all amenities and a wonderful view from the lounge. The whole lounge was very clean and tidy and perfect for our family break.

The Location is as good as it gets.

Noise from revellers in the early morning hours in the street outside. Cant really be helped when you are Town Center located but it was a shame.

excellent location with great views over the beach

bathroom (tiles) and kitchen could have been a little clearer. Fridge wasn't very good, but didn't report it, so am sure it would have been sorted if we did.

Loved the location, the views, the size of the property and Yvonne was very accommodating. The property was very well thought out and had everything and more then what you could think of needing.

The central location allowed for us all to please ourselves. It was comfortable and well equipped a real home from home.

With all the uncertainty during the pandemic Yvonne has been absolutely fantastic. Communication has been absolutely brilliant and we are already booked up for twice this year (fingers crossed) Cannot recommend Yvonne and The Pad enough.
