This flat is wonderful, great location, everything you need and a bed that hotel room comfyness

Very nice property. I loved the decor, really warm and welcoming; didn't feel like empty space you find in some apartments. Kitchen very well equipped-you can cook anything you want. Great location- plenty of restaurants near by, close to the beach. Beautiful views even from apartment itself. Nice touch to find some milk, eggs and og on arrival. Great contact and help from Clare as well. If visiting Newquay I would defo come back here(if it is available 😉🙄)

On photos we have seen bbq so was hoping to take advantage of it on one of the evening. Unfortunately it wasn't in the greatest condition so had to pass on that. Other then that can't fault nothing. Highly recommend.

The property was exactly as advertised and in the perfect location. Communication with the host was great in the build up and we were able to check in earlier than 3pm which meant we got more time on the first day of our holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and so quiet and the view across the bay was lovely.

Fabulous ground floor flat. We loved the retro Bose CD player and found ourselves listening to the Full Monty soundtrack and Now 51. Perfect location with a beautiful view.

we liked everything about the property

The apartment was in a great central location, with free parking and a small garden with a view. We loved the decor and had everything we needed for our stay. The bathrooms were fabulous with powerful showers. Clare, our host, was very generous in leaving supplies for our arrival. We would recommend Harvest Moon for a wonderful stay.

The question posed in the review request is, "What did you like?" The answer is - "everything!" Stylish, well equipped, clean, beautifully presented and very comfortable. Great location too - park the car for the week, lock it up, leave it and simply walk everywhere. This place is so good, we are going to stay there again! And to top it off, Clare was just so happy to answer questions, offer guidance and so forth. You really, really must stay at 12 Harvest Moon.

Decor in lounge not really to my taste. Would have preferred it to be a bit more homely. But this is a personal preference.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet but central location with private parking and a sunny garden, this ticks all the boxes for us. Our dog loved it here and we loved seeing him enjoying the local beaches

A very equipped apartment in a great location, Clare made us feel very welcome and provided a perfect welcome package of essentials to get us started.

Pillows were uncomfortable, went flat very quickly, could do with a firmer filling.

It is fab it's in a lovely quiet location but only 5 min walk into town it is lovely inside lots of quirky things which were fab everything you need great welcome pack beds are amazing Claire the host kept in touch which was nice to have contact incase we needed anything we took our grandchildren who loved it we are going to go back with friends towan beach 5 mins walk fistral around 10 walking all in all fab place great holiday

This property is short Walking distance to the town, beach, supermarket and arcades. Only a short drive to the zoo, paddle boats on the lake, go karting and other beaches. The property was very clean, equipped with everything you would need. The owners very generously left some essentials for us too after our long drive. I mean tea or coffee is an essential to me :) I highly recommend this place for people to book and stay you will not be disappointed.

Perfect, great communication with the Hostess, we booked a last minute cancellation as she is incredibly busy, but we’re kept informed about everything. Lovely little garden for our pup to stretch his legs The apartment was above expectations and lovely little extras on arrival to save going out shopping. Easy walk to Fistralbeach ❤️❤️

Apartment is in a fantastic location for access to the town and amenities. All facilities within the apartment were brilliant and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Clare was easily contactable if required and responded so quickly to any questions we had. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely love to book again in the future.
