Great Location very clean my favorite apartment to Stay in Newquay.

Spacious and clean flat, comfortable bed, great communication from Aimee and really appreciated the early check-in. Bonus is the parking as Newquay is a challenge to park. The flat is well stocked for our 5 day stay and made our stay enjoyable.

The flat is located near a busy and sometimes noisy road. May wish to realign the shower screen so the seal will operate correctly. WiFi is a bit slow at 10 Mbps, may wish to move the router as it is locked away inside a cupboard potentially restricting its performance.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment, very close to town centre.

A mix up meant it hadnt been cleaned but that was sorted within the hour

We booked the apartment because it offered us a lovely, fully equipped with excellent facilities in a prime location for us. And on the bonus side it came with a private parking spot which is very handy to have in Newquay

I loved the light spacious decor and the central location.

Very spacious but cosy and comfortable at the same time. Nice to have a balcony as well and being on an upper floor it was a perfect spot to people watch.

location was fine we loved the appartment lovely and spacious had everything you need for the stay very cosy We stayed at Seaquest last year in No 8

Shower screen needs looking at because when having shower screen wouldn't stay over bath needs a new rubber seal on bottom Shower head swivels on riser can't be tighten it we had to put sponge behind to keep in place. One toilet roll for 3 nights no dish clothes Clock on wall not working vertical blind in small window in dining area need attention also rollerblind in bedroom is tatty

what i did not like at this property is you will not enjoy staying at Seaquest 5 it is because neighbour from door 7 is not good not friendly and i think they are a spy to a visitors coming and in and out of the property.. and they will report you to the owner and blaming you of people coming in and out of the building . not safe and you will not feel so relaxed

Second stay. Great location & very spacious. Car parking is invaluable. Self catering facilities are excellent. Good communication from the owner. Would stay again.

Just a few little points, but would not stop us staying again. Entrance would benefit from a paint. Shower glass needs replacing. A 10.30am checkout would be nice.

great location and the property was very clean and very well equipped the bed was a bit hard but everyone has different preferences. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would rebook next time we want a break in Cornwall

The property was all good just the big hill to walk up from the sea front was knackering.

Spacious living room and kitchen, very clean and close to the centre. Been coming to Newquay over 25 years and I would definitely stay at seaQuest again.

Earlier check in would be nice especially after a long drive. Other than that everything was great

Central to everywhere we planned to visit in Cornwall, close to shops. Good layout. Excellent ammenities. Very clean. Lovely bathroom.

Pillows were pretty thin but the bed was better than average. TV remote was sketchy and the lock box was awkward

bed was a bit uncomfortable and only 1 loo roll , apart from that , fantastic

For that price we would have expected the property to be in better condition. The toilet brush was disgusting, there were too few towels and very importantly, the safety chain on the door had been compromised by bending a loop and had either not been noticed or ignored.
