Breakfast was just so so..not many choices

Bedsheets not so clean. Its not white..and curtains look old and dirty

I’m sorry to say. but the staff not really welcoming at the front desk. so disappointed when we went to swim around 8.30am but the staff was cleaning the pool. so we need to wait for him to clean them. during my stay, there’s electricity problem. from 10am-5pm. around 10am, my family was having breakfast & plan to back to our room but then lift can’t be used. so we just wait. I’m so sorry to say, your staff clean the table with noise. just throw the plate on the table while setting up the table. so noisy the sound of the fork, spoon n knife. then around 10.25, another family ( father, a son & a daughter) just came in to have breakfast because they was stuck in the lift while coming down to have breakfast then was inform to have breakfast for 15 minutes only… can you imagine to have another 15 minutes for yourself n your kids( 2-4years old kids)?? they was stuck in the lift because electricity down.. despite, person in charge say sorry for the issue, but he keep on informing the father to eat for 15 mnt? they was stuck in the lift with anxious, rushing to have breakfast then was inform like that? so disappointing to see that.

Our family of 10 all had diarrhea after having the breakfast, so it kind of ruined our entire trip. :(

Location is strategy

The room carpet is full of dust with a small stone inside the room. Breakfast need to improve as compare to previous visit.

No karaoke room

Pleasant service from staff but that's expected in hospitality line. Requests such as bathtub, connecting rooms and additional bed were granted.

The room doors and bathroom doors were shrieking in room 2112. Ponding in the bathtub area was horrible, the design does not allow excess water to drain so it flooded the bathroom floor. It was so bad that even a few floor towels did not help to keep the floor dry and safe. Breakfast for both Sat and Sun was the 80% same.

Convenient, close proximity to shopping malls and food area, nice view

The fridge was not working, took them awhile to fix it but repairman was patient and friendly. Need to pay for ice.
