The location is very good.

The room has no AC (during the summer this is a big problem - is very hot inside the room, not enough sockets for all phone charges, etc, the second bed is not so comfortable, on the door you have not mosquito net (and is even wormer inside the room), limited kitchen stuff - not even a coffee machine.

It was a short walk from the train station and also from the waterfront.

The shower was either too cold or too hot and the shower floor was very slippery. The toilet flush button kept getting stuck which made a continuous noise. The washing machine was missing a door so it was unusable. The cleaning lady came into the apartment 30min before check out time. The kitchen could benefit from basics like a pan that is not warped, basics such as salt, oil, sugar in small amounts.

Good communication from hosts and nice central apartment to explore Lake Como. Very good value and clean

The studio has a very central location - it's just five or so minutes away from Lecco railway station, which makes hopping to nearby destinations quite quick and easy. It's also just around the corner from the main shopping streets, and the water front. It's spacious and comfortable, with a soft bed, large fridge and a handy cooking top/oven, plenty of kitchen ware, spare bedding and hot water. Wi-Fi and staff support were excellent (many thanks go to Emiliano specifically).

The photos of the accommodation may be dated and make it look brighter and better than the original. Namely, the studio is rather dark in the colder months due to permanent shades on the balcony doors (there are no windows as such). You either have to open the doors and let the cold air in, or keep them closed and turn on the lights. The TV and washing machine were broken when we visited (neither was an issue during our short stay but any broken equipment should either be fixed, or due notice should be given to guests prior to their arrival). Bathroom cleanliness could also be improved, as could the general state of repair of some surfaces and fixtures (e.g. bathroom hooks, ceiling, etc.) For anyone using GPS to find the accommodation, it might be tricky to spot at first, due to the busy cafes that obscure the entrance (and number) to the building. Finally, sound insulation leaves a lot to be desired as you could hear virtually anything happening outside, in neighbouring flats, or in the corridor (ear plugs recommended for light sleepers). That being said, the price was quite economical for the size of the accommodation over the low season, and as before - we're grateful that customer service was there to address any concerns in a timely manner.
