We didn't have breakfast at the condotel. Location is fine

It appeared the room was cleaned a while back but wasn't re-cleaned for us. When we checked in, the tabletops and toilet sit as well as the hand basin had dust so we had to clean up ourselves before settling down. There were empty food wastes (opened ketch up bottle and fish sauce bottle) left in the cupboards that made the room smell bad. There were two pairs of thongs/slippers for use in the comfort room which was good. It'd be great if another pair is issued for use in the living room.

Exhaust fan in the kitchen is noisy. The bidet is liking in the CR so the outside part is always wet. Try fixing these just for my suggestion. 🙏💕

Great place, all the restaurants nearby, but, remember this area is really a hilly area, not a flat terrain. Owner, Susana was such a nice lady.

Even though Susana was a Nice lady, her helper are not that nice. The one came to direct us promised to provide us water but I never saw her again within my 4 days of stay there. So, make sure everything listed are provided when you check in.

We love everything. We were comfortable. Nice room at great location. We had our basic needs, and complete kitchen utensils. Very nice host and the manager. It was walking distance to Burnham park, SM mall, and Session Road. We had fast internet also. Thank you

The rooms were dirty. The hotel owner was manipulative and attempted to put us in a small room with single double bed. She gave us reasons to complain at our 1st 5 mins. Black thick dust stuck electric fan, exhaust vent ceiling, corners of sliding door. Toilet stinks, thick dirt shower room. We used 3 bags of domex to clean t&b. Bed stinks, like dried pee. The main door has thick dust. It stinks. We used 1 medium Lysol spray
