Wonderful host and accommodations in perfect location!

Concepción y Juan muy amables y atentos a los detalles. El apartamento queda muy cerca a la catedral que es hermosa y vale la pena visitar. En el vecindario hay numerosos restaurantes. La Alhambra es a distancia caminable. El apartamento cuenta con parqueadero en un sótano muy cercano. Lo encontramos limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. We loved the property and had a fantastic 4 nights in Granada. The location made the stay special - just a few minutes walk from the cathedral with the Alhambra and the Albacin area within half an hour's walk. So many pretty squares with bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Concepcion and Juan met us at the carpark and recommended local places. The free car parking very close by was a bonus in Granada. Thanks for a lovely stay

The apartment was perfect. In the perfect part of town. The hosts were perfect. The checkin and checkout - perfection. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is large and very functional. The showers in the apt are the best we have found so far on this trip. Concepción and Juan have a jewel here and are so eager to share all the special parts of Grenada with their guests. Honestly there are not enough stars here for them. They are A+++. If we come back to Spain and Grenada I will hopeful that this apartment is still available.

Our hosts were wonderfully friendly and helpful - directing us to a lovely breakfast restaurant on the corner while we waited to enter the apartment because we had arrived early - then coming to find us personally to let us know we could enter the apartment. Very clean and spacious inside. Very convenient location to the Cathedral and entire downtown. Could walk to Alhambra and Albaicin, the market and cafes.

Fantastic place to stay. Perfect location to see everything, walk to what you need and have access to taxis for longer distances. The apartment was huge, even bigger than expected with two bathrooms and an enormous kitchen. Everything worked, TV, Wi-Fi, AC, all important when traveling with teenagers. Communication and check in/out process very good. Hosts were extremely helpful. Will return again next time.

This was a superb stay - too short. The host & hostess looked after every detail and it was like we had two new friends in Granada. Comfortable apartment that can accommodate 4 easily - everything you want - walking distance to Alhambra,!

Everything is absolutely outstanding beginning with the communication with the owners, Conception and her husband, ease of checking into the actual apartment which is very clean, sleek and modern, the free adjacent underground parking, to the actual location that is in the center of beautiful Granada. We were in Spain and Portugal for three weeks staying at numerous apartments. Conception and her husband’s apartment was the very best. It actually exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Granada!

Concepcion and Juan were fantastic hosts! They arranged our parking for a very reasonable rate, and were very informative and welcoming. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, large and very clean. The location is excellent for walking to the attractions. Do not hesitate to book this for your stay in Granada!!

First off, the owners of this lovely apartment are so kind. My kids forgot a small toy at the apartment and as soon as I contacted Concepcion she made arrangements to forward it to us in Barcelona, even contacting our host to verify addresses. They were immediately responsive with any queries we had. We also appreciated a WhatsApp suggestion to see a local celebration. The apartment itself is modern despite being in the historic centre. It is huge, clean and has all the amenities you might need. It is a short walk to all the major sites and very close to a direct bus to the Alhambra. We would definitely recommend booking here.

This is a terrific, pristine and well-appointed apartment in a great Madrid location nearby to numerous restaurants and the cathedral. Our family loved Granada and this apartment was a spacious and modern space for exploring the town. Air conditioning worked great for those hot days! The apartment features a master bedroom with a couch which was a great retreat from when the kids just wanted to watch TV. Plenty of electrical outlets (for charging!), all new appliances and a fabulous shower in the larger bath. Concepcion and her husband are lovely people and helped us check in, park, and settle in to town. Highly recommend.

This apartment is in the best location. It has all the modern amenities you need, but is in the older historic part of town. We were met at the place by Concepcion. She showed us around and gave us suggestions of what to do. She even had a map for us. would book this place again.

Very Clean, great location, and beautiful space! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms wonderful. Owners installed sound proof windows and they worked wonderfully ! Wonderful to have air conditioning because the weather was very hot. We enjoyed the visit and they provided restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. Many of which were great! They also had everything you needed in kitchen for an enjoyable stay with some complimentary coffee and drinks! They even allowed us to drop our bags off early when we arrived in the morning! Highly recommend !

Conception est une femme chaleureuse et dynamique, qui se soucie visiblement du bien être de ses clients. Elle nous a pris en charge dès le parking (en nous faisant ainsi bénéficier d'un tarif préférentiel) et conduit jusqu'à l'appartement (opération inverse pour le retour). L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et très confortable. L'isolation phonique est parfaite (doubles portes fenêtres dans les chambres !), les couchages excellents. Belle cuisine qui pourrait peut être être un peu plus équipée (presse agrume, vaisselle). Le quartier est tout à fait central, jeune et sympa, à proximité de tous commerces et transports en commun. Merci encore, Conception.

Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 2 nights while visiting Granada. Everything was spectacular, the place is spotless, spacious, great location, excellent owners, very responsive and helpful. We drove to Granada, so for parking they picked us up at a local parking garage and drove us to the apartment front door, at the end of our visit they drove us back to our car. They also provided us with a parking pass that enabled us to come and go for free. Although, we never needed our car while in Granada. I would highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment is spacious, clean and well decorated. The hosts were wonderful and went out of their way by coming to the apartment at 7:30 on Sunday morning and calling us a taxi to get us to the airport. They waited with us until the taxi arrived and called the taxi company multiple times to check on the taxi when it didn't seem to be coming. There were six of us and he called us a big taxi to fit us all. We never could have figured it out on our own. We were six and even though the apartment only has two bedrooms there was a lot of room for all of us (with two on a pull out couch). The two bathrooms were very welcome. The only problem with the property is that the windows are extremely thin and the noise from the street at night was loud and late. The bar beneath the apartment opened around when we were turning in for the night and went for most of the night with loud people coming and going until well after 3:00 am. We were only there for the weekend and it was very loud both nights. I imagine that it might be better during the week. That said, the location was very convinient and the apartment is very nice with excellent hosts who went the extra mile in helping us out.

In our travels (just search us up in tripadvisor: MJBC), we meet a lot of home owners. I would have to say the owner of this property is sincerely honest and genuine. He met us at the parking garage and shuttled us over to the apartment with our luggage . The apartment was SPOTLESS and being a clean freak, this place is approved by ME. Apartment has an elevator so you don't need to lug your suitcases up 3 floors. We are a family of 4 and this apartment was more than comfortable. Large kitchen, large family room and large master bedroom. One of our kids left their sweatshirt behind and the owner offered to courier to us out in Barcelona. Now tell me... who does that? Someone who genuinely cares. The apartment is centrally located in downtown Granada. We felt absolutely safe at all times of the day. If you have any questions, please message me, be more than happy to offer some of my experience. I would not hesitate to contact the owner Juan and Concepcion.

Appartement superbe, grand, décoré avec beaucoup de goûts et très bien situé en centre ville. Une grande chambre parentale très spacieuse avec une salle de bain magnifique et une douche à l'italienne (à tomber par terre) . 2nd chambre possédant deux lits très confortable et une seconde petite salle de bain. Très belle cuisine , moderne, avec tous ce qu'il y a besoin pour cuisiner. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et nous ont conseillé des endroits à visiter et on eu beaucoup de goûts pour la décoration. Points négatifs: la 2 nd salle de bain est beaucoup plus petite que la 1 ère, et beaucoup moins jolie... Et difficulté d'obtenir la connexion wifi malgré le code. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et cet appartement

Super clean, comfortable and cozy modern apartment! The location is just perfect, everything is super close. And the host are very nice and kind people!!! They gave us very good advices for places to visit or to go for dinner. They were also very kind to help us with the parking. My family definitely recommends this place and we would return.

Amazing location, literally 100 meters to Granada Cathedral. Very comfortable, spacious and luxurious apartment. Small cafe and posh tapas/beer bar in the same building. Very helpful owners, they helped us with the parking lot and provided a lot of information valuable for tourists. Thank you for your hospitality!

The property is spacious, attractive, beautifully clean and well equipped. There is a lift up to the third floor. Our hosts could not have been more helpful, especially with the difficulties with parking in Granada. They contacted us with hints about what was on in the city etc. There was some street noise, to be expected in a busy, old city on the weekend of the Catalan referendum, but closing the shutters and air con worked for us. A very enjoyable stay in a fab city.

Buena situación. Muy buenas instalacione:: Sabanas de algodón, colchones perfectos, electrodomesticos de calidad, aire acondicionado en. todo el piso. Muy buen trato de Concepción y Juan Miguel. Es un apartamento de calidad muy bien situado para moverse por todo Granada.
