Hele mooie, verzorgde kamers! Badkamers zijn geweldig en de bedden waren ook top. Het is een leuk en fijn hotel middenin de stad dus perfect voor een citytrip.

Ze hebben maar 2 parkeerplaatsen maar ook niet onlogisch als je middenin de stad zit. Verder geen minpunten aan dit hotel.

Het vriendelijke en attentvolle personeel. De hulpmiddelen in de badkamer (mindervalide). De ligging van het hotel. Het uitgebreide en luxueuse ontbijt. Geen dranger aan de deur, handig met mijn rollator. Gemakkelijk bereikbare schakelaars aan bed.

Als ik toch moet zeuren, weinig Belgisch zenders op tv.

Everything here was spectacular! We stayed here in a "panic" after having to leave another HORRIFIC hotel, so we booked it and moved in within an hour! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable after that experience. They held the restaurant open slightly later so that we could have breakfast (which was INCREDIBLE - delicious buffet including mimosas and espresso drinks, etc.! Smoothies, etc. Our kids were so excited there were even pancakes with maple syrup or other toppings). We loved the whimsical art, the lovely bar in the lobby with good drinks, where we met later that evening with our friends who also happened to be there from out of town, etc. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Loved the modern bathrooms, everything was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well designed. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and kind! Photo of the sculpture I'm attaching is of some of the fun art in the lobby (my friend and I may or may not have taken selfies with her trying to mimic her bubble! ;) LOL) Also a shot of the breakfast room with mimosas!

Good locations. Very helpful staffs. Very nice decoration. Feels comfortable when stay.

The location was very convenient to everything, yet far enough from the main market area that it was very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful with everything.

I wish we could have brought our own food and drinks to the patio area. We were asked to not drink in that area, as the attached bar area wants to sell their product instead.

View from the room, kindness of all staff, special mention to the night receptionist. We absolutely recommend this hotel for stay at the heart of Brugge.

Staff very competent and helpful. Great location

The room was big but it needs a refresh. Some parts of the bathroom floor had different stains. There was a terrible smell of sewer. The doors and some part in wood of the room were damaged. The soundproof between the rooms is not good and practically I can ear all has been happening in the adijacent room. It is a pity because the hotel is very good and a little refresh and a small improvement may give to the room a new life.
